    Secured skunk entry point

This was the 3rd time I had to use Sande's services. He was able to complete this project quickly and neatly. He had to lift interlock brick and relay it again. I would highly recommend him for any project for wildlife control!

    Answer from pro:

Skunk Removal in North York is a service that comes with quality workmanship. As you found out Skunks are very good diggers and can even get underneath interlocking brick to get underneath any foundation, especially a shed. With the screen around the other sides of the shed as well as the metal flashing, you should be free of any Slunk living under the shed again. Thanks for your feedback about my services and please feel free to call anytime with any further concerns. Thank you Sande Terry SandeWildlifeControl.com 416-902-6249

    Racoon removal from attic

Mother Racoon had removed vent screen, disconnected ducting and had a litter in the attic. Entry point was located, noise source introduced to successfully induce animals to relocate , and all repaired to good order. Pleasant to deal with.

    Answer from pro:

In some cases when Raccoons seek shelter in your attic to have their babies there's no access to the attic. With our vast knowledge in dealing with Wildlife we've acquired certain tricks to get the mom to take the babies out herself. Surprisingly the use of white noise from a radio tends to work quite often as it disrupts the mothers sleep. With the one way door now removed and the entry point secured, you will be tenant free from Wildlife getting back in that way again. Thanks for the review of our services and please feel free to call us anytime. Thank you Sande Terry SandeWildlifeControl.com 416-902-6249

    Squirrels invaded my solar panels

Sande showed up when he said he would, was prepared, walked me through his plan and got straight to work. He cleared out the nest that was being built in behind my squirrel wire, repaired the entrances (and a couple of additional risky areas) and installed a one-way door so that any squirrels trapped inside could get out. Thanks Sande, nice job! Note: No animals were harmed in any way in the completion of this review!

    Answer from pro:

Solar panels on roofs make great homes for Squirrels and Raccoons. Unfortunately the way the solar panel people secured the sides doesn't even work for Squirrels , let alone Raccoons. To properly secure these solar panels they need to be secured to the roof as well as the side of the solar panels. Removal of the Squirrel nest was necessary as it would of caused the shingles underneath the nest to rot and start leaking. With all the areas that were loose I'm very sure you will definitely not have any issues with those areas. If you have any further problems feel free to give me a call and thanks for the review about our services. Thank you Sande Terry SandeWildlifeControl.com 416-902-6249

Such a knowledgable and professional person!

I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, he’s my first call. He asked questions about our squirrel problem that showed how much experience and knowledge he has in dealing with critters. Very quick response time and the work was done well. Thank you!

    Answer from pro:

We pride ourselves by not just providing Squirrel Removal but also take the time to explain your homes construction. Squirrels with their super sharp teeth can easily chew through wood as well as aluminum eaves trough and sometimes even aluminum soffit panels. With the wood exposed all along the front roofline where the Squirrel chewed through, is now secure from not only Squirrels getting through but durable enough to keep Raccoons out. Thanks for the review about our services and we would be more then pleased to help you out any of your friends in need of professional wildlife removal. If you ever have any further questions or concerns please give us a call anytime. Thank you Sande Terry SandeWildlifeControl.com 416-902-6249

    Farewell Red Squirrel

Sande was very helpful to deal with our uninvited red squirrel in our attic! He did a complete inspection of the outside of our house and took lots of photos which he showed us and gave options of next steps. After sealing off any holes and putting in a one-way box so our furry friend can leave but not get back in, Sande took after photos as well. We paid a little more than the original quote because we had multiple holes/entry points and we also went with additional options Sande gave us such as putting cages over our roof vents. We are quite happy with Sande and would definitely recommend Sande Wildlife Control.

    Answer from pro:

Red Squirrels can definitely find the smallest of small areas to get into customers homes. Being this late in the year all Wildlife are desperate to get back inside. With Red Squirrels that store their food inside their shelter unlike European Grey Squirrels, they will be very persistent to get back inside. Even though I closed off the holes and two roof vents, there was still the possibility of the Red Squirrel chewing in through the wood exposed along the roofline as mentioned. To secure a house totally can be very expensive indeed as it takes a lot of work to totally secure some houses. I'm sorry the Red Squirrel did manage to chew back in along the roofline that I mentioned but that's why we explain every detail on our customers homes as well as provide photos. As discussed after finding the new entry I'll be back to secure the entire roofline, so you'll never have to deal with that persistent Red Squirrel that was wanting so badly to get back at it's food. What most customers really got to know as I stress is when it gets colder out Wildlife will find the smallest of opening to get back inside. Once the roofline is secured it comes with a five year guarantee to make 100% sure it doesn't get back inside. Thanks for the review and apologize you have such a persistent Ref Squirrel that got through the declined work. I'm 100% sure you will be satisfied once the roofline is secured from all bigger Wildlife that seek shelter in your home. Thank you Sande Terry SandeWildlifeControl.com 416-902-6249

    Raccoon removal/prevention

Sande came when he said he would. He explained the work involved and provided a quote. He did a great job in every respect. I would be happy to refer him if anyone asks.

    Answer from pro:

Most people only think of getting rid of Wildlife after they have become a problem. The truth is it's best to secure weak areas of your house to prevent damage, avoid fecal matter inside your house and most of all prevent things from dying inside of your house. With the dead Birds removed from the chimney and now being secured you won't have to deal with that again. With the other weak areas I secured you can be guaranteed no Wildlife will get past our work. Thanks for the review and please give us a call if you have any further concerns. racoon control in soffitt

Sande was referred to me and did an excellent job providing a one way door to let the racoons leave and not get back in and returning to remove the door and replace the soffit with more reinforcement around it to prevent the racoons from returning.

    Answer from pro:

Our Raccoon one way door set up always gets them out and keeps them out. Once the Raccoon has vacated its nesting spot we come back to close the door and make the final repairs. Our 3-5 year guarantee on our work far out lasts its guarantee. With the best humane Wildlife removal methods known has us being one of the top Wildlife Control services in the Greater Toronto Area. Wildlife control

Great service. Sande answered my first phone call and was at the house within the hour. He assessed the problem and explained it with photos. He then undertook the required repairs on the third floor roof, which were difficult and dangerous, and completed them in good time. "After" photos showed exactly what he had done. The squirrel problem has vanished, safely we believe! Good work, Sande, and thanks!

    Answer from pro:
