Raccoon Savior
My parents had a complicated raccoon issue. They were overwhelmed by this, and asked me to help. I called a few other companies and they were not helpful, leaving me discouraged. When I called Sande, not only did he come the same day, but his customer service skills and professionalism came through when he spoke to my mother and I. After explaining to us what happened, he went to work. He was honest, and his pricing was fair. He went the extra mile to ensure we would not have these issues anymore. He fixed the shingles that were ripped off by the raccoon, and fixed the back of the house where there was damage. My family and I are so very appreciative of his excellent work - he truly is an expert!

Raccoon removal is definitely something we guarantee to get done. Colder temperatures of course draw a lot of Wildlife into our homes seeking warmth. Once myself or one of our Wildlife technicians arrive at your home, we will provide same day service to evict your unwanted critters from your home. Our usage of properly installed one way doors leave the critters no choice to leave for food or water and be now locked out humanely. Complete exterior whole house wildlife proofing
Will never forget what you have done for us Sande. We had severe issues with squirrels damaging and living in our home. He got rid of them all and used heavy gage steel all around the top roof line to seal any gaps and to prevent any critters from chewing their way in. He is an amazing guy , very trustworthy, does a thorough job and lucked out that we ended up calling him. Know for a fact that no other person in this industry would have done what he did for us. I can personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed with his professionalism and his ability to do the job hands down. Thank you so much.

With all the metal flashing I installed over the wide open roofline, you should have no further issues of Squirrels just walking into your roof. Wildlife relocation
We had a family of squirrels living in our roof and Sande made himself available the next day to come assess our needs. He was prompt, professional, and took care of our issue in a timely manor. He was able to install a one way door to allow the squirrels out and prevent them from retuning. It’s been a few weeks since his service and we still squirrel free. I would recommend his services.

Squirrel problem under the roof
Great job. Sande is very knowledgable. He explained that it was likely a mother squirrel nesting and explained how they would be removed. Problem solved and the squirrels moved on within 24 hours.

Bird nest removal
I found Sande through HomeStars. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us removed the bird nest from the bathroom vent and installed protection cover to prevent future re-entry. He also helped check the condition of all other non-affected vent openings and provide insightful suggestions. As an extra bonus, he helped repaired some damaged shingles while he was on the roof of the three-story-tall townhouse. Thank you Sande for everything you did!!! Would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Animal trapping, blocking access points
Sande is fantastic! He fitted me into his busy schedule, expertly trapped the critter in the fireplace, and sealed off the entry points on my ridiculously high roof. I can’t recommend Sande enough!!

We do our best when it comes Wildlife in need of rescue. Metal chimney tops like yours are a major problem for Birds. If screen is not on top of these chimney caps either Birds build nests inside of fall to their death. Knowledgeable, compassionate, effective
Sande was very quick to come and help out with the critter in my roof. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the construction of the roof (and some challenges therein), but quick to offer suggestions and solutions. He was obviously concerned about the welfare of the animals as well... and albeit 'pests', was focused on humane removal and treatment. I would highly recommend his services and was extremely pleased.

Animal control - removal from roof attic
Sande is professional. He obviously has lots of work experience to understand the needs of his customers and how to best handle the animal or situation which might cause the homeowner to be worried or concerned. He was contacted and the best is he is responsive and patient. He eventually took care of the business without harming the animal and make the home safe again. Hopefully, it will not be an issue anymore.

Raccoons and Squirrels seek your home for warm shelter as well as a place to give birth to their young. Roof vents are one of the popular areas Wildlife break in through. Plastic roof vents are the cheapest for roofers to install and are the most used. Our use of steel cages over plastic roof vents make them impenetrable for Wildlife to get through them. removal of squirrel in attic
We had a squirrel which had chewed its way into our kitchen attic through the attic air vent on the roof. We called Sande Wildlife Control and the owner himself arrived at an agreed time the next morning to inspect the roof. He told us exactly what should be done to solve the problem, and gave us a detailed quote as to the cost of the work. He installed a cage and one-way door where the squirrel had entered. He also recommended and installed cages over our other roof air vents. Later the squirrel decided to chew its way out instead at the corner of the soffit. When it finally emerged, my son covered the soffit hole with a piece of wood to prevent the squirrel from re-entering. The squirrel then attempted to re-enter the attic through the air vent but was prevented by the cage Sande installed. After a few days, it was evident that the attic was clear. The owner of Sande returned with his truck to install a new attic air vent and re-covered it with a cage. He also installed a metal cover over the soffit hole, free of charge. We are completely satisfied with the work of Sande Wildlife Control. The owner is professional, efficient and courteous - highly recommended!!

As unpredictable as Wildlife can be, we have you looked after. Some Wildlife have encountered our one way doors and try their best to get around them. It's rare a Squirrel chews its way out through a wood soffit instead of going through a one way door but as you can see we have you looked after.
