Squirrel removal in my chimney.
He was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions. He even checked on previous work that he had done.

Sande went into our attic to see if there was any wildlife. He found a raccoon and her babies. He build a safe temporary home for the babies enabling the mama raccoon to soon join them. Sande is so knowledgeable and caring. Sande quickly found the raccoon

Raccoon-Proof our Deck
We were having problems with raccoons living under our deck. We called Sande and he came the very next day to animal-proof our deck. The deck is very large and there were quite a few entry points that had to be closed up. It was a big and difficult job. Sande worked solidly for the better part of a day and did an outstanding job in sealing up the deck. We found Sande to be very professional, thorough, and friendly. We have no hesitation in giving his company the highest possible recommendation.

animal removal
Thank you Sande for a great professional job when there was some noise in the attic. You came right away and identified the problem immediately. You followed up in a timely manner and made sure the squirrels were safely taken out. We will definitely call you again. It was a pleasure working with you.

In your case where you have stucco walls, any corners where gaps are open are a definite issue. Of course removal of Squirrel babies which are not mobile is a must. Wildlife Removal
I was very pleased with the personal service and attention. Sande always from the beginning was a quick phone call or text away His first service call was in fact within 1 hr of my initial contact. I had raccoons in attic area of house and they were gone due to Sande’s expertise. I would recommend Sande to anyone with no hesitation!!

Squirrel/Raccoon Repairs/Prevention
We had reports of squirrels in our porch. Sande came around quickly and identified potential entry points. He discussed the work needed with is before starting. It was not an easy job, as there is still original slate on the roof. Sande was especially careful not to damage the slate, fixed the holes, and re-attached. He seems committed to doing a job well.

Remove Raccoon from attic.
Three weeks ago, Kids were complaining that they were hearing scratching sound from the roof. After goggle searches, contacted the Sande Wildlife control. Sande came next day and after looking around the house found that from three places soffit were broken. Confirmed by going into attic and based on the sound and mess that minimum two Raccoons were inside. So, he explained the plan. First, he fixed soffit from all three places and put the one way out door so when the temperature goes up Raccoon can get out! Long story short I was not that lucky, in the night time it seems Raccoon seems cornered and broken one more new area, Sande was kind enough to come back again and fixed the new area without any additional charges. Thank you, Sande! Very knowledgeable and he knows what needs to be done to address the issue.

After the raccoons broke in through one of the corner dormers which the one way door was placed, three other sections of soffit were knocked down from the raccoons being on the inside walking on them and knocking them down. Usually the soffit panels don't get knocked down that easy but whoever the installer was cut the panels to short. It was one of the reasons I came back out to fix another section pushed down while they were still inside. As you know have noticed they left the attic once the temperature at night was warm enough to venture outside. To remove the squirrel on my roof
Sande Wildlife did try it's best to listen to the customer. He checked any openings on my roof to repair. Gave extra visits till the customer is satisfied. I am very satisfied with his work and his price as well

Our first visit found a problem area where squirrels were entering into the roof, however, another open section was concealed under a large amount of snow. Racoon removal
I was referred to Sande by another wildlife technician, that has since retired, to deal with a racoon problem I was having. I was reluctant at first, as I have had some bad experiences in the past. It wasn't long after I met Sande that I felt he was the man for the job. He did not disappoint. He is knowledgable, compassionate, honest, and best of all....He got the job done! Thanks Sande!
