    Fixed roof leak

    Harvey and Mark are real pros. They tell it like it is and if something isn't done to their high standards they definitely will let you know. Mark came with his team and fixed the roof. It took them about a day and the quality looks great. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed in the future. Thank you!

    Replacing bathroom vent on flat roof to address leaks

    Harvey responded to our request promptly, and Mark showed up when he said he would. Mark immediately applied a temporary fix, and then shortly resolved the leak by replacing an inappropriate vent. Mark gave us a thorough report on the condition of the flat roof. It will last a while but when it's time to replace it I will definitely call Ontario Downspout. Thanks Mark and Harvey!

    Eavestrough and Downspout REPLACEMENT

    Mark and Hector were in and out in 2 days. The new eves look great and the downspout locations were carefully placed to get water away from the house. Where necessary the bottom ends are hinged to allow access down the sides of the house. Didn't even know there was such a thing. Everyone we interacted with entirely professional. We would recommend Ontario Downspout. Service without hesitation.

    Gutters

    Mark and his skilled crew rescued me from my recent diaster with another contractor. Nice new gutters and better downspouting fixed all my drips and flooding. Highly recommended-Thanks from P Sugar

    Downspouts and roof

    Mark Stone and his crew replaced all the downspouts on our three story Edwardian semi-detached home. For several years, heavy rains had resulted in chronic overflows in our existing downspouts. Because the company also does roofing, they were also able to replace a portion of our roof that urgently needed it. They served our needs very conscientiously and well. The work was done professionally and efficiently; they use excellent materials and have a lot of experience. We would recommend them. - P&J

    Replacement Eaves & Downspout

    Mark and Harvey are an absolute delight to work with. We had some issues with our eaves and downspout. They were able to identify the issues and the work that they did is top quality.     Eavestroughs and Downspouts

    Mark and his crew have completed a very high quality work in replacing our eavestroughs and downspouts. They also installed high quality aluminum leaf guards. Additionally they replaced the front balcony flat roof and made the drainage more effective. The work was completed in a timely manner. We were also very happy with the clean up of the site after they completed their work. A very professional family owned company that we would recommend highly for similar work.

    Eavestrough and Downspout replacement

    This is our second time going with Ontario downspout service. They were excellent the first time so we used them to replace the eavestroughs for the rest of the house, as well as replacing some soffit and fascia. They are extremely nice, down to earth, and very knowledgeable and honest. The work they did is really good, and would highly recommend them. Would happily hire them again.

    Outstanding Work!

    I hired Mark/Ontario Downspout Service in July 2021 to replace my eaves and disconnect a downspout. Mark worked with my schedule and went out of his way to ensure my experience wasn’t ridden with dread. Personally, I hate having work done on my home as it causes me anxiety (!) Although I did get other quotes, Mark/Ontario Downspout Service “won” the contract because he was able to answer all my questions and impressed me with his knowledge, honesty, and integrity. I was also impressed with how he treated and spoke with his work crew. I always look at that. To me, it’s a measure of what kind of person you are. I would highly recommend Mark/Ontario Downspout Service.
