    Downspout and Eavestrough Replacement

    After years of dripping eavestroughs it was time to get professionals to come by and evaluate the situation. I consulted with one contractor, who came by, but never even bothered to email me a quote. So I contacted Ontario Downspout, and in the one conversation, got an estimate, and a time for Mark to come by to take a look at things. After a little mix-up with paperwork, I was informed when the job would be done (late May/early June) and they delivered. Mark explained all what would we done, and let me know any details as the project progressed. The crew worked hard and efficiently, and left the property neat and I have beautiful new eavestroughs and downspouts. Harvey and Mark were a pleasure to deal with and I made the right choice. Thanks so much guys.

    Excellent work

    Mark and his crew did my roof and my neighbour's. Their work is excellent and well worth what we paid. Mark is on the job and on the roof with his crew. Everything was done well with quality materials. The crew showed up when expected, they were polite and hard working. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. The care and attention spent on making sure the job was well done gives us piece of mind that our roofs will last for years to come. I highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service for eavestroughs and roofing.

    New roof and Eavestrough

    I selected Ontario Downspout based on previous Homestar reviews and some local references. I was not disappointed. The only glitch was waiting for a break in the rainy weather. Mark Stone and his crew did a great job with the recommendations they made and the job execution. The work was excellent...and completed quickly. Cleanup was terrific. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

    Roof, gutter and downspout

    The crew worked really hard. They prepped the place well to prevent damage to our property. The work was done well and they took the effort and time to clean up the site. Very pleased with them!

    Don’t look any further

    Friendly. Honest. Responsive. Reliable. Fair. Reasonable. Concerned. Decent. Came through as promised. We thought we had a leak in the roof they installed three years ago. Mark came within 90 minutes (!!!) and diagnosed that it wasn’t a roof problem but an old skylight that had failed and needed replacement. He found the problem, explained the needed repair, and followed through with the urgency the situation required. Couldn’t ask for better service. Strongly recommended.

    Top Notch Professionals!

    We used Mark and his team to replace our eavestroughs and to rebuild the rotted out fascia and soffit underneath. The team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. We will hire Mark and his crew in the future without hesitation. Mark is a pleasure to deal with--he's pleasant, knowledgeable, gets to the point and gets the work done as promised.

    Great service!

    We had a great experience with Mark and his team. They did all the work in one day as promised. We had a small issue with some of the extensions and Mark came out and replaced them free of charge.

    That is not the case Elio. I offered to come out and replace the damaged downspout for a modest fee of $150.00, you declined. Downspout extension don't just spilt. We use Gentek materials and have never had an issue in the past. Not sure why you declined the service.....

    Eavestroughs replacement and repairs by real professionals

    Was impressed by Mark and his team from the get go. Did full inspection for me, talked through the solution to a problem with me, gave great advice and saved me some dollars with the excellence guidance provided. The job was done quickly, professionally and efficiently. The team that attended to the work including Mark was very good. They went the extra mile. Would happily recommend to others.

    Roof and Eavestrough replacement

    We contracted with the company to replace our eavestroughs, and the overview and quote were detailed and clearly explained. When they arrived to do the job, they discovered roof and shingle damage that needed urgent attention. They arranged the quote, contract and materials for the roof quickly and were able to schedule us only a few days later. They arrived on time and completed the roofing and eavestrough jobs together in two (long) days. They cleaned up thoroughly and the results are obviously high-quality and look fantastic. Despite the unexpected cost, we are glad we got it done and would recommend the professional team at Ontario Downspout Service.

    Roof Replacement

    The whole Ontario Downspout team did a fantastic job replacing our roof and completing a facelift of the awning at the front of our house (nice flat roof + shingles). We were not in town while the work was being completed but heard from multiple neighbours that a group of >10 people were working tirelessly to get the completed. This was quite a relief to hear given we needed it done immediately! Thanks for the great work!
