    Eavestrough/downspout replacement

    I contacted the company for an assessment of my ageing eavestroughs due to recent water problems in my basement whenever it rained. Mark arrived the next day to conduct an inspection & outlined the problem areas (complete with pictures), recommending new eavestroughs as well as the addition of an extra downspout to more effectively direct water away from the house. Work started 2 days later. While Mark & his 5-member team were removing the old eavestroughs they discovered there was no fascia board. After discussing the matter with me, Mark was able to get & instal some the same day. He also arranged to obtain a leaf guard system which I decided was necessary given the very large oak tree in my garden. The entire job, including some repairs to the roof, was completed the next day. I was very impressed with Mark & his team & the quality of their work. These are professionals who know their business, respect the customer & keep him/her informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service.

    Replacing/Installing eavestrough

    I can’t say enough about the incredible job Mark and his team completed today. After purchasing this house a few months ago, we noticed that there were problems with the eavestrough and called Ontario Downspout Service. From the very first phone call, Mark was so knowledge, shared all of the information with us, and then proposed a solution that worked for us. Mark and his team showed up so quickly after us booking the work and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I certainly recommend Ontario Downspout Service for anyone looking for the same type of work.

    Eaves trough replacement

    Mark and his crew did a great job installing our new 6 inch eaves trough and downspouts. Efficient , friendly, clean work area and timely service. We had an emergency trough problem which Mark promptly took care of . It highlighted the time had come to update the 30 to 40 year old 5 inch troughs. Thanks to Mark and crew! John in Etobicoke

    Replaced eavestrough and downspouts

    When I discovered my eavestrough required replacement, I contacted a number of companies. I felt Ontario Downspout Service was the most responsive and knowledgeable. They provided straight answers and addressed my specific concerns. They provided excellent quality of work, and are cleary client focused! Very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer to a friend.

    Custom Facia and Eaves & Leafguards

    Excellent Work - Full Eavestrough and Downspout Replacement

    Mark and his team were awesome and very responsive throughout the scheduling process and during install. Mark was on-site for the project and was very accommodating with a last minute change in downspout location. A professional group that came in and quickly completed a full eavestrough replacement for my semi-detached house in less than a day. I highly recommend Mark, his crew, and Ontario Downspout Service.

    Downspout Replacement

    We contacted Ontario Downspout Service after reading the great reviews on Home Stars. I am glad that we did! From the time we spoke to Harvey it took only a few short days for his son Mark repairing our cracked downspouts. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced.     The Best of the Best

    Ontario Downspout are the best roofers we’ve ever worked with. They recently replaced the very damaged and rotting roof on our Victorian home. It was complex work, but Mark and a team of 8 workers completed the job from start to finish within a few days. Before starting , they were very clear with their quote, communicated politely with neighbours and covered all the windows on our house and those adjacent to us. After finishing the job, they completely tidied up, leaving nothing but our beautiful new roof. Last week, we had an emergency when the roof on our back shed entrance started to collapse ( we foolishly declined to have Marc replace it when he did the main roof). Marc was here the next day with another huge team, who completely rebuilt that roof in one day flat, leaving the site pristine when they left. Incredible service, expert workmanship and honest business dealings. What a refreshing change from other roofers we’ve tried to deal with. Ontario Downspout are not the cheapest m, but they are the best. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

    Eavestrough replacement

    We approached Ontario Downspout Service because we saw their truck at a few different houses on our street - which is a good sign. When we received our quote, we were told that it would take a number of weeks before they could take on the job because they do not subcontract any of their work, but have their own team and this particularly appealed to us and was worth the wait. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Mark and his team. Mark was accessible throughout to answer any questions and ensured we were totally happy with the work before leaving. The cleanup was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them for any eaves or roofing needs.

    Totally Professional

    We had noticed that water was pouring over our eavestrough and contacted Ontario Downspout Service because of their stellar reviews on Homestars. Mark contacted me that same day. He had Google mapped our place and had an idea of what we might need, In chatting he advised that we get someone to clean the troughs as that may be all that was needed. We heeded his advice and had someone clean out the eavestroughs on both sides. They recommended the troughs be replaced. Their quote was similar to Ontario Downspout but I appreciated Mark's honesty and arranged for him to replace the gutters. His initial quote was for the ones side we were having trouble with and we asked him to include the other side as well. We also asked him if larger troughs would be recommended and he agreed. He noted that we have a large roof and they would better handle the water load. I appreciated that throughout the process, Mark never tried to push more onto us or try to up sell us anything. This morning, as scheduled, a crew of five arrived and very quickly and very carefully removed the old eavestroughing and installed the new. They rerouted the downspouts and runoff to be more practical for us, cleaned up everything and walked us around the work to see what they had done. We are thrilled with every aspect of this work. From the excellent communication with Mark throughout the process, to the totally professional installation and the spotless clean up, every aspect was flawless. Mark came by later that day to inspect and to explain the installation and the location of the runoffs. Ontario Downspout Service is totally worth all the kudos they receive on Homestars.
