    Gutters and downspouts

    The gutters and downspouts at the front of my home were badly placed and no longer useable. Mark planed out where the new gutters and downspouts should be placed. Both he and Carlos got the job done quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Mark, he is very knowledgeable and professional. And I have no hesitation contacting him for future projects.

    Downspout Replacement and Rerouting & Siding

    Mark and his team did a fantastic job replacing our old downspouts and rerouting where they drained out to so that we have total peace of mind that the water wont affect our house. He was super communicative throughout the entire process, from the quoting phase all the way through to the post-completion walk through. The team also replaced the siding on our mud room and went out of their way to recommend a product that would match the contemporary aesthetic of our house. Well definitely be calling Mark and team for more projects in the future and well highly recommend them with zero hesitation to anyone that asks.

    Roofing, skylight, soffits, fascia, downspouts

    Cant recommend Ontario Downspout Service enough! Harvey walked me through the products and the options, was friendly and didnt give me the hard sell. Mark followed up and made sure we made all the right choices for our home, including helping us in removing our old chimney shared with our attached neighbour. Once we finally had all the preliminaries sorted, the crew led by Hector showed up promptly every morning, worked hard throughout and left the property clean and safe at the end of each workday. They were great with our neighbours and sorted out any concerns they had promptly. Very detail-oriented work. Overall a great experience. They go out of their way to ensure they do great work and make sure that youre a satisfied customer. Highly recommended!

    New Siding, Roofing and Eavestrough

    I highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service. Mark, the owner, carefully plans out the necessary repairs and provides an honest detailed estimate. He listens to the client and provides options to suit the individual family's needs. Mark and Hector and the crew are highly skilled, respectful and careful. They come prepared with the right equipment and get the job done. In fact our neighbours , electrician and plumber all remarked on the high calibre work. Ontario Downspout removed all old materials and installed new siding, top notch insulation, flat roofing, shingles ,skylight and eaves. They corrected several mistakes left over from previous roof repairs. Ontario Downspout service does not disappoint. It was a pleasure to work with such a competent company.

    Roof and downspout replacement

    When I had a pressing downspout problem and was looking for a reliable, accommodating team that could respond promptly, the strong reviews on HomeStars for Ontario Downspout attracted me to this family run business. Their workmanship wasconsistent with the reviews and I subsequently went on to use them for a bigger project replacing my roof and downspouts. The team is punctual, hardworking and conscientious, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. Mark was there throughout the project and consulted me on all aspects, reviewing next steps to ensure agreement and keeping me informed of progress. They went out of their way working long hours to ensure the project was completed before a predicted storm. I am delighted w the outcome and can highly recommend their service.

    Repair Metal Gutters
    Mark and his team did a great job with the eavestrough replacement and downspout reconnect. They were very professional and were always in communication. The clean up was also meticulous. I would highly recommend their service.

    Roof replacement

    Roof replacement done in one day. Quality materials used. Reasonable cleanup after. Protected windows and garden. Very pleased with the work done.

    So happy with the outcome!

    The cost was for a new roof (and all that goes with it), eavestrough and downspouts. Mark helped with the positioning of the downspouts since they weren't working where they were situated. What was being done and the cost was spelled out in a contract before the work started so I knew exactly what it would cost with some wiggle room for unexpected cost...which did happen. Does any work ever come in with at the contract price? Took 2 days from start to finish. Mark and his crew were GREAT! They left the property the way they found it. They swept the property at least twice just to make sure there were no nails, screws around. I just can't say enough about this company. So pleased that I found them!

    Fantastic experience - Roof and eavestrough replacement

    Absolutely fantastic experience! Hired Ontario Downspout Service to have the roof redone and replace the old gutters/eavestrough's. They responded right away, explained the whole process and walked through the quote and timeline. They keep in contact from start to finish, and the work was done quickly, efficiently and well. They cleaned up after finishing and even put anything they had to move back in place. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend to anyone.

    Roof Reshingled

    We were very pleased with the work Marksnd his team did to reshingle our roof. We had shingle damage in the winter as a result of a wind storm and Mark very promptly came to the house to do the repair. After speaking with him then, we decided to proceed with having the roof redone in the spring. Marks team arrived on time, they did a very professional job and they were very cognizant of keeping the premises clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ontario Downspout Service. Thank you Mark for the great work. The roof looks fabulous.
