    Commercial/Residential Property

    I purchased a commercial/ residential property in Toronto. The seller wanted a short closing date so I was pressured to find a building inspector on short notice. Of the people I interviewed Mr Holley seemed the most knowledgable. His inspection was very detailed and answered all my questions. Very polite and congenial. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent devices, fair pricing

    Michael and his team were flexible with timing andd arrived at the home ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond to point out the littlest details and explained the short term and long term impacts while providing a cost estimate to repair.

    Great service, very professional

    Great and professional service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. He took to the time to show all potential issues with the townhome I was purchasing and even gave me tips and advice on how to fix the issues myself!

    Honest and Accurate Home Inspection

    I was looking to purchase an old property but since this was would have been my first purchase , I really did not know what to look out for. I took the Home inspection services from Mike and his team and I was more than pleased with the whole process. Mike walked me through everything while doing inspection and explained all the issues , their severity , fix and estimated cost. The report is brilliant will pictures and all the actionable items. The cost was also very reasonable and I will definitely vouch for Mike and his services. Will recommend 100%

    One of the best in the business. Highly recommended!

    One of the best in the business. Highly experienced, very knowledgeable, honest/trustworthy and just all-around good people. Arrived and started early, very thorough inspection, honest, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a very clear manner (the man is a perfectionist). Excellent, professional, very detailed report. First people I'd recommend to friends and family, definitely my go to guy in anything regarding home inspection, renovation, building project. Highly recommended.

    Superior Service

    Mr. Holley was not only exceedingly well informed - he is indeed an experienced veteran of the building business - but he went above and beyond in patiently answering questions that occurred to me after the report was delivered. I really can't reccommend him enough.

    house and commercial building inspections

    Did a though job investigating my new commercial spaces and finding any potential problems, rough costs for repair and necessity of such. Did a phone review and written report with pictures.

    Home inspection

    The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided great detail about all the problems and provided contact of other services to fix the house. He showed up on time and did a great job.

    Excellent

    Older guy. Very experienced. Did a phenomenal job. Explained everything. Took pictures. Takes his time. Then made a detailed report outlining all the areas that he inspected. Good job. Will recommend.
