Michael was super nice and gave us a thorough walk through and explanation of his home inspection. He answered all our questions, and even gave us tidbits about how the condo was constructed throughout the inspection. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Michael was very honest and was very easy to approach. He listened to my concerns and gave me quick answers. Provided a comprehensive list to do condo inspection for closing.

Michel is professional, he always came on time. We called him for inspection at 10.am and he is there dot on time. He explain crucial things like gas operations work which I believe person should be aware as it can be helpful during any mishaps. He explain what needs to be changed or can be added. Apart from telling the change he also help where we can but the stuff . Small things are are very useful for first time buyer and it’s good for buyers....

Michael is very courteous and provides professional home inspection service. He was able to point out various areas within the condo unit, that required attention. e.g. missing GFCI receptacles in the kitchen, bathrooms, small leaks in plumbing, to loose or poor fitting door jam. He is able to provide clear explanation of how systems work and is able to suggest workarounds. He included a comprehensive 21 page inspection report with high quality color photos.

Michael was very thorough and professional. He identified that the drain pipe in the kitchen does not meet the fire code as well as a few other issues. We would hire him again.

He was on time, thorough and provided us with simple explanations that were easy to understand. The inspection report is well laid out and easy to read. We would use him again!
