To put it simply, Progressive Roofing does things the right way. Theyre not the cheapest option, but the difference in quality, from the roof venting to the flashing, is apparent to a lay- person like myself. I feel its rare to be truly happy after spending thousands of dollars on something you cant enjoy, but every time I come home or even step outside to get the mail, I look at my roof and admire how much better my home looks than it did before. Work Progressive Roofing performed on my home: Remove two layers of existing shingles Install 3 new skylights (one solar-powered open) Install new flashing Install better (and prettier) gas stove vents Install vastly improved ridge venting Improve drainage angles Install seamless gutters Jason was responsive and patient with me as I hemmed and hawed for nearly a year before finally making the decision on moving forward with the re-roof (house had two layers of shingles) and new gutters. When I neglected to move our cars out of the garage before the dumpster arrived, he got the dumpster company to come back out that same day to temporarily move it so that I could park our cars on the street! When the job was finished we walked the roof together and he explained any and all why this/why that questions I had about the roof design. He has been responsive and helpful (invaluable for first time homeowners like us) with questions weve had in the months after work was completed about issues to look out for when we get solar installed in the coming weeks, the ins and outs of rerouting a roof vent, among others.
