    My New Roof

    We initially had Progressive Roofing & Exteriors out for a roof inspection, which was easy to setup and their inspector was prompt. We decided to move forward with them and have no regrets with our decision. The Progressive Roofing team was friendly and very communicative via email and phone. Our older home's roof was never properly installed and had two layers of shingles hiding massive gaps. They put new plywood down on the entire roof then put synthetic felt all new flashing and new shingles. Everything was communicated to us in a way that helped us understand the issues, and we're very happy with the workmanship on our new roof.

    New Roof Installed

    Progressive Roofing & Exteriors did an awesome job replacing the roof after some storm damage. They helped deal with the insurance to get us the most. The group cleaned up the yard after to try not to leave any nails or roofing debris behind. Would definitely recommend!

    New Roof

    We had our main portion of the roof what is shingles replaced along with the back portion of the hose what is a rubber flat roof. They tore off 4 layers of roofing and put new plywood down. All the flashing was replaced. Everyone at Progressive Roofing & Exteriors was professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Re Roof House Garage

    Progressive Roofing & Exteriors demonstrated flexibility and professionalism throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. They met my demands for specified install dates for the re-roof home garage and executed the job swiftly and successfully. Emails were promptly answered in the days leading up to the installation, and the procedure was completed successfully.

    Remove Old Roof Replace New Shingles

    Our roof was replaced by Progressive Roofing after a hailstorm and the experience was excellent. They used synthetic underlayment and nice architectural shingle. The staff had responds very quickly to emails and phone calls, and the roof replacement turned out exactly as expected. I referred them to my co worker and my brother.

    New Skylights

    Just had 3 new skylights put in. I had 1 - installed in our bedroom and the other 2- in the living room. They bring a lot of light into the rooms. And we also enjoy being able to see out. The workmanship was done correctly. They where fast and the price was very fair.

    Roof Replacement – Excellent Service

    We just used them to put a new roof on our house and couldn’t be happier. A estimator came out and knew our type of house and told us exactly what we needed done to it, and we received a quote that day. The best part was he was not pushy about anything. We got other quotes from other roofing companies that were much higher, and those companies did not include all the work that Progressive Roofing promised in their quote. So we used Progressive Roofing. They came out on time every day and cleaned up every day before they left. They basically put a new roof on our house in three days and used quality underlayment material (which none of the other quotes included.) they even included ice and water shield which again none of the other quotes included. I could not be happier with the work they did. Thank you for the honest and great work.

    Repair Leaking Chimney

    After the last rainstorm we had my chimney was leaking bad and water was running down the walls of my living room. When I called Progressive Roofing, it was after hours, and I had talked to the answering service and explain what was happening. Immediately within 10 minutes I received a call back and they where at my home in under 30 minutes stopping the leak for the night. The next day they replaced the flashing on our chimney. There has been no more leaking. They charged me a very reasonable price and even helped me with getting reimbursed from my insurance company. This is a great company!

    New Siding

    Had Progressive Roofing & Exteriors replace the old siding on our house and garage and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Due to Covid there was a longer wait than initially told, due to material shortage. I felt assured that the job was going to get done and was kept informed whenever I inquired. A professional and integrity company. Site manager was equally communicative and extremely pleasant. The crew worked hard to get it all done including clean up in 6 days.

    New TPO Membrane Flat Roof

    We had our flat roof replaced on our office building. They tore off the old tar roof. Replaced the decking and put on a modern thermoplastic polyolefin roof. They did a nice job and cleaned up completely.
