    Professionally designed and installed

    Christina helped us design the drapes in the living room, and picking the best fitting color and styles for the blinds in all other rooms in the house. Pricewise, it's rather fair, we had 4 drapes in living room and dinning room, hunt douglas Roman blinds in primary bedroom and roller blinds for the other bedrooms and bathrooms, entry and kitchen. We're very satisfied with the overall result and aesthetic feeling.

    Excellent service - quality window covering

    The Drapery Shop provided excellent service and advice on bedroom window covering. Came to the home to take accurate measurements. Professional installation. Hunter Douglas window shade product is top quality. Recommended.

    drapery shop

    This is a great service and professional drapery shop. Faye is especially understanding of my needs, I am a person who suffers from choice syndrome, and Faye's professional guidance and advice always helps me. In addition, Eric the installer, was very patient and professional. Highly recommended.

    Curtains & Blinds

    Faye and Eric provided exceptional services and installations. Curtains and blinds are both in excellent qualities. Lots of colour and fabric selections. Pre measure your windows prior to your visit to the showroom & an estimation can be provided with the fabrics / materials selected. Would definitely recommend this to everyone whos looking for an upgrade for their unit. The entire process took less than 3 weeks. Thank you Faye and Eric for your kind assistance!

    Custom roller shades

    With Christina's help I picked 6 custom roller shades and one pair or sheers for multiple rooms in my codon. She took time to go over different manufacturers' products, control wands, patterns, etc. with me. Before we made our decision, Eric came to my condo and took measurements, no pressure. He did a neat job installing everything (installation fee and life-time warranty included in the price). My whole family is happy with the results. What prompted me to write this review is our good experience with their customer service. Earlier this week my daughter overpulled the roller shade in her room. It was super easy for me to get in touch with Christina and Eric for a quick, free fix. Five-star service. Highly recommended.

    Curtain panels for library

    I found The Drapery Shop on home stores. I met with Faye a she was helpful and pleasant. They delivered a high-quality beautiful product. I couldnt be happier, the panels look outstanding, fantastic! They deliver the product well before the promised delivery date. I would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I am already planning my next project with them.

    Good service!

    Great ppl, ordered drape for the house with about 5 years back. If anything breaks, They still provides customer service!
