Christina at The Drapery Shop was simply amazing. We got a few quotes from others but they did not really engage with us. From the get go, when we explained our project, Christina not only gave us a budget but she spent a lot of time making recommendations and took genuine interest in our project. She has an amazing eye for detail. That is what really sealed the deal for us. And we paid a lot more than the other quotes we got. In the end it was totally worth it. The Drapery Shop also did an amazing job with our installation.

I had the most amazing experience working with Christina and Eric. During the process they were very quick to respond and provide us with several options. They made every effort to accommodate our timings and come to us given we have young children. Their quality of work was also great and we got everything we were looking for. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Happy customer, would recommend. Service at the drapery shop was great - they gave us some good tips and pointers and the order process was smooth and hassle free. The blinds came in on time and were beautiful. Shortly afterwards, we did some work to our windows and needed to resize the blinds. They were super helpful and helped us with the request very quickly.

This is a family business and it can be felt in their approach to customer service. Christina spent a great deal of time with us going through options and provided thoughtful solutions when needed. We used them for a few different spaces in our home. Their pricing as well as time to installation were reasonable. Eric will leave your home as clean as when he entered. I have already recommended them to neighbours and look forward to working with them again!

This curtain place is amazing. They are professional and provide warm service to their client. The lady who name Christina helped me. She has expertise about curtain business. Such as after showing her pictures she roughly knows the size, color suggestion, style. Also provide us best drapery recommendations. Highly recommend!

I've been needing some black-out curtains for my condo bedroom for quite some time. Our bedroom window is a bay window, and to make matters worse, it has an air vent immediately next to it. I imagined that this would be particularly challenging to figure out. I got on HomeStars and had a bad experience with my first contact, so my morale was very low! But then I spoke with Christina from The Drapery Shop and the experience was exactly what I wanted. We chatted over the HomeStars website exchanging information until I got an estimate. We stopped over in-person to have a look at some samples as well. Christina was super friendly, and explained everything to us. And believe me, she had to talk for a long while because I don't know anything about curtains! But she was very patient. Eric came to take measurements and install the curtains and I was really happy with him as well. He was very respectful of our space, he was punctual, and he did a great job. I also need to emphasize that I am the type of person that likes to handle my business through electronic form: Chat and Email primarily. I have no problem meeting in person or talking on the phone, but I am busy and I like the freedom to be able to engage in the conversation when its convenient for me. I felt like the team at The Drapery Shop were fine to communicate with me in any way I liked - and I really really liked that. I highly recommend this team, especially if you are a bit nervous about the whole process.

The drapery shop did a great job in assisting with fabric choices, keeping up with construction details and getting confirmation from us throughout the sewing process, and installation of all drapes in a single day. Thank you to the team for all the hard work and the end result looks great!
