    Amazing Products & Service

    Faye and team are wonderful to work with! Their prices are very competitive and have many beautiful fabric samples to choose from. Faye is quick to respond and her product knowledge and suggestions gave us confidence to proceed with our order. Installation was also very professional and everything went as planned. Our curtains and Roman shade look amazing. We highly recommend The Drapery Shop!

    Condo roller shades

    Moved into my new condo and needed roller shades to cover floor to ceiling windows. Met faye from a referral and after seeing all her positive reviews I chose the Drapery Shop to do my roller shade window coverings. Faye was very quick, knowledgable and patient when it came to the process of getting a quote, visiting her store to see samples and asking questions. She had one of the guys come and do the measurement and he was very quick and professional as well. the whole process took two weeks which was quick and the install was clean with no mess! I would use faye and the drapery shop again and definitely recommend them!

    Window covering for my new home

    I hired The Drapery Shop for my whole house window covering. They are professional from measuring, giving reasonable suggestions for different windows in different needs. On time working period, and reasonable price, too! Highly recommended!

    Fantastic Service and Products

    Great product and service from the drapery shop in Richmond Hill. Compliments to Faye whom we found very professional in our dealings with her. Faye's product knowledge and suggestions gave us every confidence to proceed with our order. The fabric curtains and blinds look great. Installation was also very professional and everything went as planned. Highly recommended Faye and the drapery store.

    Super Professional Service and Quality Product

    I was looking for curtains that are kind of sound proof for my condo unit. The condo building is just adjacent to a major intersection. Traffic noise was really annoying. Faye, store owner, made a perfect recommendation and took into consideration of everything including my budget, curtain style, furniture colour and installation method. After purchase service was also awesome. There was follow up about product ordering status, active update of installation process and effective follow up after installation. Of course, the whole process of installation is very quick and professional. Payment methods are variable and friendly using. Conclusively, the experience was impressive and I strongly recommend it to you guys.

    Great job

    We wanted hunter Douglas and ended up with the drapery shop for its famous word of mouth. Christina is very professional and patient in helping us choose the best option for blinds and drapery. Installation is perfect as well. Overall very satisfying.

    Great quality blinds and professional installations

    Beat quality blinds in town. Have been here third time in the past 5 years. Great quality blinds and professional installation. Faye and Eric are really friendly and helpful for the selection. Can’t recommend it enough.

    Amazing customer service and quality

    I used the Drapery Shop for blackout curtains in my bedroom. I was extremely pleased with both the result -- and the process. Christina was amazing to deal with, very prompt and courteous. I had tons of fabric options to choose from and every question was answered. Highly recommend them!

    Decent shop for blinds

    Price is absolutely best! Service is awesome the, the owner is professional and welcoming, love to work with them! We ordered blinds for the commercial property and everything from measuring to installation tool less than a week! Definitely highly recommended!
