Thank you very much for your feedback of your most recent experience with us. We completely agree that our team likely fell short on your service as there was many moving parts to your service. One being that you had water leak damage and commercial grade fans in your unit at the time of the service. This was distracting to the cleaners as well as posed it's challenges for the service. This doesn't change the fact that we did miss and fall short on some aspects of the service. That is why our team is working with you to set a return visit to address these items as well as we have have shared this feedback with our quality control team and the cleaners that were on site for the service. We had Maid4Condos truly always try and provide quality services on an ongoing basis. Sometimes we fall short as we are human but we are glad that you've given us the opportunity to make it right.
