    Great Service

    Maid4Condo's respond to my inquiry quite fast; they were first out of the gate and helpful! We scheduled a deep clean with some additional items that we needed completed. The price was fair, and the end product was worth the spend! The team showed up during their arrival window as expected and efficiently worked through our home, leaving it sparkling clean. The team answered our questions and welcomed any comments on things we saw or needed completed differently. Claudia, Joanna and Elizabeth were all fantastic and would happily have them back anytime to complete a cleaning like a pro!

    Basic Condo Cleaning with Extras

    Pros: Cleaners Elizabeth and Karen were quick, polite and friendly. They brought all supplies excepting a step stool or ladder and vacuum. They have a 24 hour Satisfaction Guarantee which takes care of any missed items provided that you email them within 24 hours of the service. Credit cards are accepted on the website. Cleaner who came after I invoked the 24 Hour Guarantee was very diligent and managed to get rid of most of the left out items. Cons: They have a 2 hour arrival window which is a bit excessive. Website does not say that this type of cleaning is limited to 2 hours, rather it lists the items that will be covered. However if they run out of time, like in my case items are left unfinished requiring to invoke the 24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. This requires rescheduling time with another of their cleaners and is inconvenient to the customer as there is another 2 hour arrival window involved. Competitors limit this type of cleaning to 3 hours at a lower total cost. Receipt does not itemize extras purchased.

Your feedback has been shared with our Quality control team who then followed up with our cleaning team on this with constructive feedback. Time allocated to the service was maximum of 4 hrs of labour as long as the space is in average condition and sizing is accurate. As we had two cleaners on site, they had 2 hrs for the service. Our team usually does a quick inspection of the space when they arrive on site and advise if they would need more time for the service, so that we can advise the clients and ask for approval to stay longer if needed. Unfortunately, this time our team failed to ask for extra time and left some areas unfinished. We understand the inconvenience with having to have us back, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to come back and address those areas. We appreciate your feedback and we are actively working on areas of improvement along with our Quality control team as well as with our trainers. Thank you once again for using our service.     Cleaning condo downtown

    Recurring Basic + Cleaning

    We have been regulars of Maid 4 Condos for awhile now and while each cleaner weve had has done an excellent job, our recent Basic + cleaning by Grishell was above and beyond! There is nothing better than walking into a perfectly cleaned home that smells amazing and Grishell really delivered. I have recommended Maid 4 Condos to several of my downtown Toronto friends and theyve all had great experiences as well.

    Deep cleaning for condo unit

    Maid4Condos was very professional and accomodating, even tho I had to re-schedule multiple times. And of course, my unit looks much cleaner than when I clean it! My counter was actually shining and I haven't seen it shine since the first day I moved in. They also gave me a heads up regarding extra time required & approximate cost of the extra hours (which was expected as I've been kind of neglacting my kitchen for the past 7 yrs). I am very satisfied with their deep cleaning service (+inside oven) and am considering signing up for the bi-weekly cleaning.

    Highly recommend Cristina!

    Cristina did a fantastic job of deep cleaning our apartment. She was professional and friendly. She left no details untouched and did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The Maid4Condos service was easy to use and had good communication. Thank you!

    Great cleaning service

    Maid4Condos has been great with the biweekly cleaning of my condo. They are professional, responsive, and a very good value. Janis always does an excellent job!

    House cleaning

    2 Bright and friendly women arrived on time (Diana and Diana) and did an excellent job. Very thorough and experienced. I highly recommend this service!

    Move in / move out service

    I have been using Maid 4 Condos for move in / move out cleaning of my rental property for the last several years and am very happy with their service. The staff are friendly and professional.
