    Furnace annual maintenance

    Jordan came on time for the appointment and was courteous and friendly. We have always been happy with all the Distinct service guys and it was no different with Jordan. I find I always learn something new each year as they are good about educating owners about the ins and outs of furnace maintenance.

    Great Service

    I have used Distinct for regular A/C and furnace maintenance. Jordan recently did my furnace maintenance and took the time to answer all my furnace questions as well as explain all the test results. He also upgraded the firmware in my thermostat and went over the changes with me. I value quality of the work and the peace of mind that Distinct provides .

    Furnace Repair

    The technician was courteous (called when he was running late), knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced a faulty gas valve and and did a quick inspection. Thankfully he had the part in his van and was able to complete the work quickly.

    Furnace replacement and A/C install

    Distinct completed an excellent changeover of our furnaces and started installation of air conditioning last week. Kristian and Aiden demonstrated an amazing work ethic throughout the week and showed innovation and attention to detail in all aspects of their work. Very pleased with the results.

    Furnance maintenance and other work

    I first used Distinct to install kitchen and bathroom fan vents 7 years ago and have used them for my furnace maintenance and repair ever since. Jordan has done all of my work over the years, very professional young man from the get-go. I can tell that Nate treats his employees well. Good company to deal with on every level.

    Simply the best quality and service - furnace & humidifier repair and maintenance

    Hands down THE best! Their technician was very professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, and always answers all of our questions. I also love that they send out a bio of the technician when they're on their way (along with a pic so you know who to expect) They go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly the first time - and they explain everything so well. We've used this company quite a few times over the years for various services in our homes. The office manager, Dannii is also amazing!

    New furnace and AC

    We had our furnace upgraded to new, along with a new thermostat, and added new A/C. Fantastic service from quotation stage to final invoice. Nate was honest and covered all aspects of this project. Every detail was covered. Technicians, Aden and Christian always on time, cleaned up after every work day, and answered all of my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. Office staff verified all appointments through email. Thumbs up and I'd highly recommend using Distinct for any of your cooling or heating requirement.     Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Service

    After months of trouble shooting with other trades, I was referred to Distinct Heating after I was told to get my furnace checked. The service from this company has exceeded expectations. The standard of customer service values, that often is lost in many companies these days, Distinct stands out on top! It was Jordans’s thoroughness, testing, and details to his job that caught attention to a massive heat exchanger problem. Follow through and quality service is their standard.

    Annual furnace & AC inspection

    Distinct Heating & Cooling installed our furnace & AC 4 yrs ago. Nate the owner met with us first. The 2 installers were awesome. Each year Ed comes out to inspect everything & change filters as well as any parts (under warranty) if needed. Ed is a great guy -friendly, professional, and knows his business. We always enjoy seeing Ed each year. He is very patient & always answers all our questions. We have been very happy with Distinct H&C and would recommend them for any heating & cooling needs.
