    Annual maintenance

    Scheduling our annual service is always very easy. We have had the same tech over the past few years and he is very efficient and very easy to talk to about any concerns. He also noticed a problem while here and replaced a few parts (warranty) to help keep everything running smoothly. We have been exceptionally pleased with the whole gang at Distinct Heating and have also enlisted then to install our AC next spring

    Maintenance

    Ed was very patient and carefully cleaned our system. He took time to respond to questions and made recommendations to help preserve our unit and save cost. Ed has excellent customer service approach and we’ll recommend him any day. Thanks Distinct HVAC

    Furnace/AC Inspection and Maintenance

    My furnace is over 16 years old and this is the second time I have used Distinct HVAC to inspect and maintain it. Ed is a true professional and knows his stuff. He made some very cost-effective suggestions to repair a discharge hose and optimize the efficiency of the AC. I highly recommend Distinct HVAC for your furnace and AC maintenance needs.

    AC Maintenance

    Arranged for Ed to do the annual AC maintenance. He discovered a minor repair that needed to be done to keep it working at optimum capacity. Ed is a very competent and personable technician… he’s my go to guy for all my AC and furnace maintenance.

    Updated Furnace & Air Conditioner Install

    We met Nate at a home show a few years ago. Impressed by his enthusiasm and knowledge. Subsequently we had him replace our old furnace with a new HE unit. At the same time his team installed an AC Unit. We were impressed with his speed efficiency and thoroughly good workmanship. During installation he spotted that our chimney was not lined and not doing a good job venting our hot water tank. He lined the chimney for us and made sure the installation was safe. Just keen on safety and neatness. This was confirmed when my son, now a red seal industrial HVAC installer had a look and he too was impressed by the sizing of the unit and quality installation. I would recommend to others and have!

    Air conditioning and humidifier

    Nate and his team were extremely professional and respectful from the time of quote to post-install. They arrived when they said they would and sent a picture in advance of the people coming to the house. Their work was impeccable. They even tidied up loose ends from previous less meticulous wiring etc. when it was in the area they were working. The cost was competitive and the workmanship exemplary. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    AC installation

    AC unit installed May-21. Great communication at each step with Distinct and their technicians arrived on time and were professional. So far everything is working as expected. Also really appreciated the follow up emails especially with the rebate from the AC manufacturer - Distinct provided the link, step by step instructions, and all the necessary details in order to apply for the rebate!

    AC/Furnace Install

    I had a great experience from start to finish with Distinct Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone to meet their heating & cooling needs. The owner Nate is highly knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to give me a thorough and detailed quote. Kristian and Aiden installed the units and they were very professional, friendly and skilled with their work. I am extremely happy with the end results and will continue to use Distinct for future HVAC work.

    Furnace & Air Conditiong Service

    We have used Nate and his crew for many years. We wouldn't use anyone else. They have always gone above and beyond in all services. They are always prompt, through, professional and do the little extras if they come up at all service visits.
