Getting more that 1 quote for a big investment like this is a very wise thing to do as a consumer and we are so happy to hear that Nate was able to give you a thorough explanation of how a proper installation should happen and how we always do our installations. Unfortunately even if you buy the top notch piece of equipment on the market, if it is not installed properly from the start then you can have major issues! Going with the cheapest quote isn't always the best route for a big investment like a new furnace, heat pump, or A/C. Thank you again for your continued support of our small business Eric! Providing our customers with the peace of mind of 24-7 service is extremely important to us, especially when we were in the middle of a polar vortex deep freeze? We are so happy to hear that Jordan answered the call promptly and tried to save you an overtime call out fee by trying to diagnose your heating issue over the phone. We know just how expensive things have gotten in our world over the last couple of years so we do truly try whenever possible to avoid our customers paying for something that may be a quick fix such as making sure you have a clean filter in place and knocking the snow/ice off of exhaust pipes when it is extremely cold out! Jordan loves helping people and his knowledge and passion for all things HVAC related so we are happy to hear that he provided you with top notch service during your time of need! We try to keep as many parts on our technicians vehicles as possible but sometimes a second visit is required if that part needed is a special order part or not one that we readily have on our vehicles. We try to do the return visit as soon as possible and without an additional call out fee for our customers. Being up front about our costs is very important to us so our customers are never caught off guard when they get the bill at the end.
