I will have to admit that I had to Google what TLDR meant, lol! We are so lucky that absolutely every team member we have here at Distinct Heating & Cooling are passionate about putting our customers first and treating each and every customer how we would want to be treated! That starts with the initial phone call you make to book in the quote/estimate appointment with our owner Nate, and all the way down to providing you with the important yearly maintenances to keep your units running efficiently and safely. Our team takes great pride in knowing that we will never oversell our customers on anything and only provide you with the knowledge for you to make an informed decision on what next steps will be. You are correct though that it typically makes the most sense to replace old and dated furnaces that in the end, typically end up costing you more money to fix as well as more money to run because they are not energy efficient like new units are now. Our install crew is such an incredible group who make sure they take their time to do the job right the first time and they also enjoy the interaction with our customers at the end to walk them through all the important steps so that when they leave, you feel confident on how and why your system works. If any questions come to mind we are also only a phone call away! Your last paragraph mentioning the most important part is that you felt comfortable having us in your home means the most to us Ben!
