    Saved the day

    I had a nightmare scenario after hiring previous contractors whose work was so sub-par I am considering legal actions. I then reached out to numerous roofing companies to inquire about doing a patch up job to fix what the last contractors left. Most seemed to be offended that I was inquiring about a small job. However the project manager from Eclipse (Eduart) was very sympathetic. He took almost an hour inspecting my roof, taking pictures, and explaining to me in great detail all the problems even before being hired. I then requested 2 quotes; for a new roof and for a patch job. Eclipse was kind enough to provide both in an itemized PDF format. The issues ended up being so bad Eclipse redid the roof and me eaves. The quality of the work and materials was fantastic, this was the first contracting company I've worked with where every employee from the Project manager down seemed to care about the quality of their labour. I was also very concerned about water damage, and they went above and beyond providing extra water protection with features I've never even seen before. During the project I was also flip flopping on decisions and they were very patient and able to work with me. Overall I dealt with all the major Toronto roofing companies in the past 3 months, and by far Eclipse was the best.

    Flat roof replacement

    Eduart and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement. Job was completed in one day and they cleaned up the site perfectly. The company is very well organized on the administrative side as well and everything from the quoting phase to payment on completion was seamless. Highly recommend.

    Honest Quality Work

    Eduart was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell on product or services. He was very thorough in his assessment and provided a very detailed breakdown of services with explanation. We discussed several problem issues to arrive at a good solution. Throughout the work, he stopped by regularly to discuss the work. The crew was polite and professional. There were several adjustments that were required along the way, He and the team did not hesitate to address them (causing the work to extend longer than planned). Eduart offered great advice to me having to re-install a roof deck after the work was completed. They worked until I was satisfied with the outcome. Site was cleaned after each day, crew as extremely careful around the property. Would highly recommend them.

    Roof shingle replacement

    From start to finish Eclipse roofing was exactly as advertised. On time, within budget, very clean job site , extremely hard working and polite crew. The finished product looks great and our home is better for having them involved. Thank you again, Peter

    Eavestrough Repair

    Extremely satisfied with the repair. Someone came over for the quotation and explained the repair job and the limitations that came with. I went ahead with the repair and the service worker did an excellent job.

    Replaced eaves troughs and down-spouts

    I contacted HomeStars and they gave me several options based on the work I required. Eclipse responded quickly, they came and gave us a competitive quote in writing, which we accepted. Their staff were on time, very professional, courteous and observed all of the covid restrictions. The job was completed with no issues, no mess, and looks great. We are very happy with their work and I have already recommended them to some friends and family. I wish all contractors worked this way. Thank you Eclipse.

    Replaced shingles and eaves trough

    Eduart was really easy to work with and his staff were friendly, professional and proficient. They replaced my shingles, added a vent and replaced my eaves trough. Very pleased with the work and service. I would definitely recommend them.

    Flat Roof replacement + repair

    We had several quotes to replace the roof on the front of our house and the flat roof on the back. While Eclipse was among the more expensive options, their specialization in flat roofing, and the attention to detail paid when Eduart came out to quote us on the work was what made us go with them. They arrived, got the work done quickly, and were gone before I was even home from work. The job looked amazing. The architectural shingles were a nice step up from what I had before too. Fast forward a year and a half later - I noticed during a severe thunderstorm that my eavestrough appeared to be leaking. On further examination, there was a piece of flashing missing down the side of the fascia, where the eavestrough was attached. After a quick call, Eclipse sent Geni to the site to take a look and confirm the issue. Sure enough, the water was getting behind the eavestrough because the flashing was missing. After a short follow up discussion where I noted that this was an obvious oversight, Geni came back the next day after our discussion, and added the missing flashing. I'm very impressed by Eclipse's quality of installation, their customer service, their promptness at addressing issues, and willingness to see their customers happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

    Complete New Roof

    Our 15 year old roof had begun to leak. It is an intricate roof with peaks, valleys, skylight and flat portions. We called several companies to review the situation and quote the project. Eclipse was our hands down first choice and we couldn't be happier about our decision. Going with Eclipse allowed us to receive the kind of service from start to finish that everyone wishes they would get from every service company. Eduart was personally on top of the job and was quickly responsive before, during and after the job. Even before the actual new roof was put in, the Eclipse team made sure to come out and provide temporary fixes (which worked immediately) while we waited for the weather to turn warm enough for the big job to be started. The project was started on time, fnished on time, properly cleaned up and there have been no problems since (and there have been a couple of torrential downpours). Throughout the project we felt that Eduart and his team really cared about the quality of the work and we always had a calm and confident feeling about the work being done. Everyone would be well-served to make Eclipse their first stop for any project. The price was also very good which tied up the whole project in a nice bow! Gg

    Excellent Experince

    I called Eclipse Roofing for my Bungalow old roof, they came inspected the roof and checked the attic, they gave me free estimate, done the project within one week according to schedule, they completed the work within 9 hours only (excellent planning and management). 5* experience.
