Shingle and skylights replacement
5 years ago, we hired Eclipse Roofing Ltd to replace the eavestrough for our home. We were very impressed with their time, attention to the details, recommendations and overall work. So when we had to make a decision to replace our shingles and 4 skylights this year, we certainly called back Eclipse Roofing to gather their assessment, and we are so glad we did.
In our current experience with Eclipse Roofing, our overall exceptional client experience starts off with Reigh, who manages their inbound and outbound inquiries. She is so personable and friendly, and is masterful when it comes to managing inquiries, coordinating and following up. She is such a pleasure to deal with and a true treasure.
As with our experience 5 years ago, both Eclipse owners came to visit our home to fully assess the project. Eduart and Geni were patient, listened, provided their expert advice and recommendations, to all aspects of the projects. We are so fortunate, we followed every recommendation they kindly provided.
For the project itself, their crew was punctional, courteous, clean and completed the job within only a couple of days, surpassing our expectations. In short, the roof and skylights look amazing, and they also match perfectly with the eavestroughs they replaced, from 5 years ago.
