Arrival on Appointment Day: On Time Staff (x2) during the job: - Respectful - Professional - Thorough with the cleaning - Great Communication of Work Plan, Progress, and Outcome - Effective in answering questions before, during, and after the job - Provided feedback on best practices for maintaining the gutter and downspout system - Cleaned their work area after the job It must be noted they performed all of the above during a mid summer afternoon (30 C range). Owner Vlad, very easy to deal with, was able to fit me in to his busy schedule with enough advance notice. His guy was very polite and friendly and did a great job cleaning all exterior windows on both levels of house. Will definitely use ez window cleaning again!

Excellent work and friendly staffs. I like they manually cleaned my windows instead of using water jet gun (which I prefer). Highly recommended.

Vlad was amazing. I found him form Google and he asked me to send me a few photos for the house. He gave me a quote which is very reasonable. He came a few days later and started cleaning all the windows and doors for my house. The windows and doors are covered with concrete marks due to my summer project from building a concrete deck. The marks are tough and Vald was able to clean and made the place spotless. Vlad also suggested to install a gutter shield as I for have many matured trees around the house. The existing gutter was filled with leafs. He did all the work within a day and half. He doesnt take too much breaks and asked for very little access to the house. Highly recommended window and gutter clean in company. Gutter protection sheet he installed will last it for a long time and make the rain drain smoothly for the future. Thank you Vlad!

Our house is a large, two-story detached home. They did a great job. They provided a quick response to the request for a quote and were able to provide one without a visit. The final price was within the range they quoted for the job. They were flexible with their booking time and communicated clearly throughout the process. Vlad arrived right on time, was very friendly, and explained the process before starting. He was up-front about being unable to get to windows with access problems owing to things outside his control. He was diligent with the cleaning and did a great job. The windows looked fantastic afterwards.

We had a problem with a leaky eave. The company we were with said that in order to fix it we had to get a roofer and do extensive repairs. I contacted Vlad and was so appreciative of the outstanding service I received both in how quickly he responded to the call and how honest he was about the full array of options available to us. Within 3 days, he had come by and fixed the problem for a minimal cost. I highly recommend Vlad.
