    Interlock & Flagstone - Porch, walkway and rear patio

    Excellent work and great experience. We did our research and interviewed several companies. Pro-Loc's prices were competitive with similarly ranked companies. Paul was a pleasure to work with. He made several recommendations and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Paul was accessible and timely in his response to any of our questions throughout the entire process. The work was done on schedule. The crew was professional and very tidy at the end of each work day. Excellent experience for us and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

    Back Yard Stone Patio and Lawn

    After years of talking about wanting to re-do our backyard and turn it into our own little oasis, we finally decided to move forward with it this year. In early spring we called about 10 different landscaping companies in total, many saying they were already booked up for the year or didn't bother to call us back. We eventually were able to get a few quotes, including one from Pro-Loc, and we are very happy that we took the time to keep searching. Paul showed up when he said, and went over our plans. He made some great suggestions and was very open to providing a quote based on a few different portions of the project. We had been contemplating doing the raised bed gardens ourselves and decided to go this route. We hired Pro-Loc to create a beautiful patio area for our family so that we could eat meals outside and also just relax and enjoy our space. We also had them rip up our old, weed-infested lawn, and replace this with new sod. In addition, they took up some ground and added gravel at the side of our house to improve water flow. See before and after pictures below. Paul had said they would be able to start early August and sure enough they were there August 1st! They completed the whole job in under 2 days and made some great suggestions and improvements as they worked. We are very happy with our new back yard. Thank you Paul and Pro-Loc!

    good service

    Good service and reasonable pricing. The job was done on time and within budget. I would recommend to friends and family. Site was cleaned up when they left. All around good experience

    New driveway/extension and porch

    We have been extremely impressed with the team from Pro-loc from start to finish. We are so extremely pleased with the work they preformed on our home and the customer service that was provided. Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We initially met with him and he was extremely knowledgeable and honest when providing a quote. We felt so confident that we didn’t even meet with anyone else, and knew they were the company for us. The responsiveness we received from Paul was outstanding and hard to come by these days. They always came when they said they would and on time. Calls were always responded to in an extremely timely manner. We are so happy with the quality of work and it’s obvious that they stand behind the work that they do! It looks so great neighbors are all stopping to tell us how wonderful it looks and what a great job they did! Thank you for such a beautiful improvement to our home and we cannot wait to contact you for our future backyard improvement. We highly recommend pro-loc to anyone looking for quality work!

    Backyard oasis

    We were extremely impressed from start to finish. Paul did a great job with our quote last spring, incorporating both our wishes and his creativity. However, due to an inventory problem with the stones we had chosen, our backyard project had to be delayed until this spring. Paul ensured that our job was the first one that they completed this spring. It is an absolute oasis and we couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out! The work crews, led by Bill and Alex, were respectful and hard working and they did a phenomenal and exact job - even adding extra details that weren't on the plans to ensure that it was completed perfectly. We would highly recommend them!

    Natural Stone Front Porch & Landscaping - Fantastic Job!

    Paul oversaw everything and did front yard landscaping while Gary installed natural stone on front porch. Incredible, fantastic job, my wife and I could not be happier. Paul is professional, thorough, very responsive, and always has lots of great ideas and pictures so it makes decision making that much easier. Gary is an artist...incredible attention to detail, quietly goes about his work, and everything is cleaned up and neat at the end of each day. Prices are reasonable on stand-alone basis, let alone given the extra little touches they do. I highly recommend using Pro-Loc and intend to use them again next summer for the back yard.

    Nothing short of exceptional ...

    In today’s world of contractors, I am less likely to be compelled to leave a review however with Pro-Loc there was no hesitation. Having restored and or renovated countelss properties over the years, Alec, Bill, Paul and the Pro-Loc team are by far the most competent and professional contractor I have worked with and on more than one occasion. From the start communication and scheduling and suggestions for design is easy with Paul. The crew show up when they say and complete the job on time. All the while with a genuine respect given to not only the customer and the project but with regard to the neighbours as well. Accomadating and patient every step of the way it is a pleasure watching this team work as there is a clear level of respect for one another. There is a clear passion for doing a great job with an artistic flair while appreciating that each creation is a someone’s special place. It is no wonder there are so many 10/10 reviews. Wish I had another project to do!

    Backyard retaining wall and patio

    Paul and his team did a great job on our backyard retaining wall and patio. Communication was excellent and the job was done on time and on budget. I highly recommend Pro-Loc.

    Backyard patio

    Our backyard was done by Pro-Loc. Paul was very genuine and his crew did a great job. It looks great and we are very happy with the work. Would highly recommend them.

    Excellent work and advise

    Paul gave us excellent advise on the materials to use in order to blend with the structure still in place. The job was done on a timely basis and of excellent workmanship. I would definitely call them when more updating is required.
