Paul's team was professional, timely and very reasonably priced. Love the quality workmanship! Many compliments from neighbours on how great the house looks. Glad I used Pro Loc for this.

We were very happy with the service and quality provided by Pro-Loc. We found out about them through a recommendation, and quickly found out why they were recommended. They were extremely patient throughout the process, as the walkway involved getting support of our neighbour, and we weren't exactly sure what we wanted. They had excellent suggestions as to what would look best, and the prices were reasonable without sacrificing quality. Most importantly, we are very happy with the end product, as it looks great, and we wish we had done it years earlier. They even came back to replace a couple of the stones after receiving payment, showing how important customer satisfaction is to them.

Right from the start with Paul coming over to give us an estimate to the finish, the company and it's employees, have been nothing short of professional and timely! I don't know about everyone else but lately it has become harder and harder to find contractors/ tradesmen that take pride in their work and believe in doing the job right the first time. Thanks to HomeStars for setting up this website and giving us access to testimonials from people like you and me which helps us finding the right people for the right job. End of May 2015, we got Paul to give us a visit and an estimate. I also got estimates from a few other companies and Paul's quote was very comparable, on top of that a 9.8/10 rating on Homestars made me choose Pro-Loc over the rest. We signed the contract and were told the work would begin on June 15 weather-permitting. June 16, Alex and his crew arrived nice and early and by the end of that day, had excavated the site and filled it in with gravel... I was shocked at the speed these guys were working but they were nothing short of a well-oiled machine. They brought all kinds of machinery to aid in speeding up this, otherwise long process. They were even nice enough to lay down sheets of plywood to avoid killing the turf under. I'm glad they did as the machines did a number on the grass (in the area they were excavating). June 17 was a day off as they wanted to let the gravel settle before doing the install. June 18 Bill and his crew arrived around 7 AM and started the install... again, these guys were all done by around 6 PM. The interlock was complete in the front and back, including 3 steps in the back, just the front 2 steps and filling in the entire job with Polymeric sand was left for the following day. June 19 Bill and his crew arrived around 6:30 and started the work and were all done by 11 AM!! All in all, great service, courteous and professional service. I couldn't ask for anything more. I just wish more contractors and tradespersons were as good and courteous as the Pro-Loc team! Thanks for converting our front and backyards to a wonderful space for relaxing and enjoying with our friends and family!!

Professional, is the word I would use to describe this company. I found that they have a very good work ethic. The quote given was reasonable, the work was done on time and with the minimum amount of inconvenience to us. The driveway looks great. I definitely will be asking Paul and his team to do more work for us next year. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

They were the quickest and most reasonable priced. They were friendly and professional. You could tell that they like what they do and they take pride in doing a good job. I would have only liked if they called ahead before showing up but I can understand previous calls being cancelled. We are very happy with the results.

We wanted to have some landscaping done for some time and decided that this was the year to do so. After online searches and reading reviews we narrowed our list to three companies. They all came out and provided us with quotes. At this point, it was a no brainer to which company to go with. Pro-Loc Interlocking and Landscaping Design stood above the rest! Paul, their representative, first explained our options and how the process would be executed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about their services while being honest and straightforward. One of his best suggestions was to use our existing standard patio stones as a base for a shed pad. With the money we saved using Paul's suggestion we were able to go with our first choice of pavers. Next, Alex (one of the owners) arrived with his excavation team. One of our dwarf trees had to be relocated as it was a potential tripping hazard. After consultation with us, they replanted with no problem. Bill (co-owner) and his crew followed two days later to do the installation. They too were efficient, hard working and cleaned up after themselves! Aside from the obvious work that was completed, it looked like no one had even been there. It was fun to watch everything come together. They finished our project once they laid down new sod at the edges of the pavers. Pro-Loc Interlocking and Landscaping Design completely transformed our front and back yards as well as our pathway. Before they performed their magic, our yard was basically just there. After their transformation, it is an absolute "stunner" and a place for us to enjoy and relax! Even neighbours whom we have never spoken with have complimented our new landscape! I was wanting to put interlock on our walkway and after contacting several companies decided on Prolock and contacted Paul.. Paul was at my house as decided and gave me a quote that was better than all the others that I had received for the job. Alex, Bill and their crews did an amazing and excellent job and workmanship was of the highest standard. The job was done on time and cleaned up after finishing.The walkway looks really great now. Would definitely recommend them highly.

I was looking to do a walkway up the side of my house, called several concrete companies...then I decided to try interlocking, so I called Pro-Loc. Paul showed up within a couple of days, gave me a reasonable price, good stone choices, and I had it done early in the season, right on schedule. Between Alex who did the set-up, and Bill, who laid the stones and did the added touch of sod, the entire team did a fantastic job. Very responsive, pro-active, and great quality job. Will get them to do future work.

Alex and his team we're nothing shy of professional, creative, swift, and thorough. They really assisted all the way through from design to execution. Skill is one thing but trust is the most important thing and they brought both to the table. We'll definitely be using them for the future projects we have planned. I highly recommend Pro-Loc. SPOILER ALERT!! - WE REALLY LIKED THIS COMPANY We recently moved to Meadowvale and needed a new designed interlock stone patio. After perusing Home Stars we chose three companies to provide information and a quote. Bill came from Pro-Loc, measured the backyard area, spent time listening to what we wanted and explaining what could be done considering the fence and landscaping and helped us pick out the design. To a slightly lesser extent the other companies did much the same. But here's the best part. I haven't often been in the position where a project had just been completed when my wife arrived and suggested a change. She felt the pattern, which looked great, would look better if we added another stone circle design. The guys were sweating and tired after many hours of work on the second day, the tools were packed up and the materials were ready to be transported to the trucks. Bill and Alex, although I'm sure they wanted to wade into a cold drink, spent the time talking to us about what we wanted and why, especially why?. After a while they agreed that it was a good idea and importantly the crew was still here and there were extra shaped stones. They grabbed some water and In about 45 minutes the space was cut out, the circle stones were laid and everything was perfect!! My wife was very happy. Bill and Alex were on time, polite and along with the rest of the crew, worked their buns off. They identified a slope in the backyard and structured a solution. We can't be more complimentary about how the quality of the project plus the work process exceeded our expectation - better than any other construction project in a long time. Thanks Bill and Alex.
