Pro Loc Interlocking And Landscape Design reviews (214)

I needed landscape work in both the front and back yards. I came across an ad for Pro-loc and checked them on Homestars... had a lot of great reviews so I gave them a call. The Pro-loc rep., Paul, came over and we discussed some of the landscaping options available. Although I had some ideas of what I wanted done, I really valued Paul's expert opinion as to what would enhance the look of my home. Paul had a vision for the layout, the type and colour of stones and the accents that would make the project work. He drew up a design and gave a quote for the project. I was given time to think about it, and satisfied with the estimate, I called Paul back and we made a contract. When Alex and his crew showed up and started work you got the immediate impression that they knew what they were doing. It was like clock-work. You could tell that they took pride in their work; I would see Alex constantly measuring to see if things were square and level and done right. It is that attention to detail that you want from your contractor. I should note that the team helped with the tree-planting as well. Paul was nice enough to meet me at the nursery where we decided on a selection of trees for my yard and he arranged for one of the crew to pick them up in the truck. They were brought over and then planted.... all at a nominal cost. In the end, the job looked fantastic and I can say that I was completely satisfied. Even my friends and neighbours were totally impressed and some asked for estimates as well.

Alex and his crew did a great job changing our old stone slabs to the new pavers. They were done quickly in a day. never compromised anything. Always careful with the landscape and surroundings. Glad we chose them to do the job and would definitely refer them in the future.

We were looking to get some landscaping done to the front of our house so we could incorporate an extra parking space and be able to go from the front to the backyard without walking in mud all the time. Our neighbor was also looking to get the same work done. we saw that a neighbor a few houses got there backyard done using Pro-Loc and I thought that they did a pretty nice job. I talked to Paul about what we wanted to do and he showed us a drawing and gave us a quote. I thought that this was a little high on price but after the work was done I understood why it cost a little more. It was the best looking front entrance work I have seen on our street and even on some of the neighboring streets. I was very impressed at how fast they worked and how respectful they were. They did an amazing job to make both of our entrances different but still look like it worked with the look of each house. Amazing work guys, next year the backyard project!!!

I have been living on my street for 35 years. I have had many contracters. PRO LOC is professional and the price is reasonable. The workers are well mannered, respectful and efficient. The outcome is unbelievable. There were 3 others on my street that had Pro Loc do work. Their work looks amazing! More neighbours are interested. I am extremely happy and thankful. Donna Bucciachio

ProLoc did a fabulous job on both our front and back of the house - Alex and his crew were very professional and pleasant to do business with. We initially had them earlier during the Spring and were very pleased with how the Porch stairs and landing turned out that we asked them to come back in the fall and redo the back and side of our property. Prompt, Deliver on their Promise, Clean and Quality.

Just had the back patio done, guys were very nice and fast. Done in a day. Problem was they left some unfinished work, rough edges and trim not done right. Said they would come back to fix but didn't. Think they could have gave a better finished product. Picked them based on the review, but not completely satisfied.

Alex and the rest of the Pro-Loc team were a true pleasure to deal with and did a gorgeous job on our front entrance. A detailed written quote and diagram was provided in advance, and Alex really took the time to ensure we were all on the same page. The steepness of our property presented some challenges when it came to the look we were hoping for, but they went above and beyond to make it look exactly the way we wanted - we know that was a lot easier said than done, and we are thrilled they were able to pull it off. Alex provided some great recommendations for the types and colours of stone to use and it looks amazing. The entire crew were very friendly, professional and so considerate of our property. They worked very efficiently, left no mess behind and everything was put back in its place before they left. We have received a TON of compliments on the finished product, and we are very happy with the result. Don't have a single bad thing to say about the whole experience, would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Pro-Loc!!

I have done many renovations in my life, both done by myself and with companies. By far Pro Loc is right up there with the best! From the sales visit by Paul, and the work crew led by Alex, this job was done in 2.5 days! Unreal job, I am so satisfied. Thanks to all the guys for the transformation of my drab yard to my new Mecca!

Mother nature wasn't always on Pro-loc's side, but the crew persevered and completed the job in a timely fashion.
