    Water Service Line Replacement

    Right from the get go the team from TerraBurst were amazing. Got us in line for the constructions within 3 working days after receiving their quotes. From Priya, Nathan to the field crew Kaydon,Shane and Zack were professional in their own way. They have taken every precautionary measure in making sure the job is done right in the first place. All within a day work we got our water back. We whole heartedly appreciate the crew for a job well done and will not hesitate to recommend TerraBurst to our friends and neighbours should they encounter such an incident like ours.

    Honest, Efficient, and Professional Contractor

    Thank you, TerraBurst, for your honest, professional, and expert service. A previous contractor came in, dug up my yard, charged me thousands of dollars, and left my property with open excavations and the service not reinstated. TerraBurst was very sympathetic to my situation and scheduled my home as an emergency repair. They came in and completed the repairs for a fraction of the project's value and even replaced both my sewer and water line to ensure I wouldn't have any other issues come up. The crew members were exceptional, polite, and kept me up to speed on the progress of the entire process. It was amazing to witness the pipe bursting technique that eliminated the need for trenching. They left our residence neat and tidy and even cleaned up the previous contractor's open excavations and mess. They continue to be incredibly responsive even following the project to help coordinate with my insurance company and provide other documents I need. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone else!

    Exceptional performance from the team at TerraBurst.

    The team led by Clay and Ian exceeded our expectations as they replaced our water line from the city valve into our house. They showed up when they promised, excavated only on the grass (no concrete replacement required), were impeccably clean inside the house and other than the clay/soil placed back in the excavation hole, you wouldn't even know they were here! But we do know they were, as our water pressure is back at close to 90 psi! Highly recommend this team of professionals. Clean, competent and courteous!

    collapsed sewer pipe and root infestation

    We were unable to drain any water, toilet included, we needed help and fast. That is exactly what TerraBurst brought to the table. Top shelf workmanship, with first class, next day service. Our thanks to Ian and his crew.

    Honest advice

    After a back up of our sewer lines, I discovered that I may need a sewer line replacement. I contacted Terraburst to find out about trenchless replacement. Clay scoped the lines and yes there were low spots, 2 backups in 25 year he recommended regular cleaning. Not a $15K replacement. Thank you for your honesty... Peter Pasmore

    Easy Peasy

    The February deep freeze of 2019 wreaked havoc everywhere around Calgary without remorse. One of my commercial properties' sewage lines had frozen solid and caused a lot of problems. after further inspection , we found the line to have a sag so I went on the hunt to find a solution. I called Terraburst and spoke to Colin who gave me the most factual and honest answers to my problem and solutions to mitigate it until the spring thaw to help save money on excavation costs. When the conditions were right, his team of professionals swooped in and got this done in half the time they had proposed. Their operators skillfully excavated this project and also saved me money by not damaging concrete or asphalt. Courteous, on time and very professional is the best way I can describe the crew. Thanks again to Colin, Clay, Erica and the gang. Your company definitely sets the bar high.

    Sewer repair

    Terra Burst was very professional and very proactive since the first time I contacted them about a broken sewer line, it was a very stressful time however from day one my mind was put at ease working with the staff at Terra burst was a breath of fresh air all work was completed As soon as possible and what work couldn’t be complete due to weather conditions was completed after as promised . Would recommend Terra Burst above all .

    Sewer and Water Line Replacement

    Quick, solid installation, friendly contractors. Not 10/10 because they were a bit messier in the house than I would have liked, but our basement was dirt, so... with dirt inside and out, it's to be expected, maybe? Based on other quotes TerraBurst was competitively priced and about 1/3 of the time taken - our house wasn't without water or sewer except during the day while we were at work (when it didn't matter).

    Sewer pipe replacement

    Crew did a great, and clean, job replacing my sewer pipe. They were very polite and good to deal with. When they had to come into the house they didn’t leave a mess. When they finished in the yard they did a great job cleaning up after themselves too. Overall they told me exactly when they were going to do and how long it would take. They delivered exactly what they said. The initial assessment was also handled in a very professional manner. I wasn’t sold things I didn’t need. It really took the stress out of this very stressful process.

    Water line break repair

    I called TerraBurst and they came the very next day. The completed the job in one day and were very professional! The guys put down drop cloths and cleaned up everything before they left. They guys were very courteous and kept me informed all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!! Great Job!!!
