Roof leaked the following year spring 2017 Alex did pass by to reseal around the chimney flashing after I reported to him the leak .The attic has lots of insulation masking the leak, eventually with All the rainfall that we had it got worse .Alex tried to come by personally a second time to attempt to fix the problem however I had the problem fixed before he could as there was more rain on the way . I have spoken with Alex afterwards all is good Thanks Alex for trying .

Alex was easy to talk to and completed the work as per contract. The workmanship was spot on and they cleaned up after completion nicely. They accidently damaged the screen on our patio door and it was fixed without hesitation.

We were really impressed with how quickly they came out and completed the job and were able to match the same shingle that we currently have. We will definitely be using them when it comes time to a complete replacement.

Responding to our initial call, he fixed a leak, and quoted us for the roof. Work completed to our satisfaction. He took a few months to put in the solar fan. But we are still waiting for his call to do the eaves/flatroof.

During a very windy day 20 singles blew off my roof and my roof was in need of emergency repair. Not surprising the company who had put the shingles on my roof, were not in business any longer. I called Alex and he was truly the sweetest guy, being a female I am always worried about dishonest people, unfortunately I speak from experience. Alex was kind and very understanding , I felt very confident after speaking to him and he delivered. I am so happy my roof is done and it all looks great. The job was done on time as promised and he came by to make sure I was happy. He also reassured me if there was something that I was not happy with to just call him and he would take care of it. Overall it was a great experience, stress free.

Got hone from work one day and noticed something funny on our roof. A part had blown off due to heavy winds. Called the contractor as our rooF is only 4 years old. Didn't get a call back so we looked elsewhere. Alex came out and fixed it next day. Also we realized that no underlayment was put and Alex changed a vent that should have been a bath vent but they put a regular air vent. I'm happy with reliable roofers and really disappointed with previous contractor.

We had some wind damage done to the corner of our lower roof. We desperately called around to get this fixed before the next rain. many voice mails were not returned, however Alex returned our call, came out to see the damage and came back the same afternoon with the same colour shingles to fix the damage. Since then we haven't incurred any problems and highly recommend Alex and his company.
