    Furnace repairs

    My furnace was not properly working. It would heat up then very shortly after it would turn off. The house remained cold. I am impressed that they sent an technician, farid emami, the same day. He had excellent work ethics and manors. The problem was resolved.

    Furnace Installation

    Jafar and his employees showed a great degree of professionalism while presenting to us and installing a new American Standard high efficiency two-stage furnace; thorough explanations were given before, during and after install, we didn't know much about furnace operation but became very well educated in the process :). There were a couple of minor non-operational issues we discovered after install however Jafar personally came to our place to fix them very shortly after he was notified and now everything works and looks excellent to our full satisfaction. The company does certainly deserve our recommendations.

    Furnace cleaning

    Had problems starting my 16 year old furnace so I called Best way. Jafar came the same day and service my dirty furnace and explained the issues. I was ready to buy a new furnace but Jafar said it was good for now. Very honest and professional and I highly recommend this company.

    Furnace, Fireplace, Air Conditioner

    We contracted Bestway on the recommendation of acquaintance. I live in a different City and have been so appreciative of the service. Bestway over the past 2 year period has been professional, efficient, considerate and accommodating. I will continue to contract them for all my heating/air conditioning issues.

    Clean and repair gas fireplaces

    We were looking to get two gas fireplaces cleaned and tuned up. Best Way was right on time on the day of the appointment. The tech did a great job of cleaning and tuning up the fireplace in our family room. The fireplace in the living room needed a repair that he easily handled. He was in our home for about 90 minutes and did a very thorough job. For the money, I think these guys were great! Great job for a very reasonable rate. I recommend!

    New Furnace

    Above and beyond service throughout the entire process. Thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge and skill. Owner was genuinely kind and provided great service and reassurance for the safety of our home and family.

    Hot Water Tank Repair

    I give Jafar 20 stars out of 10 and it without hesitation that I would highly recommend him. He has great integrity, professionalism and knowledge. He is extremely receptive , prompt, thorough and explains things to the homeowner. Like the time he repaired my fireplace, he had the parts for my hot water tank on his truck. On past visits he has fixed a fireplace and cleaned my fireplaces and made them like new. He detected a very slight gas leak and made all the necessary repairs. His rates are fair and reasonable and to top it off he is a very personable person.

    Honest and Integrity

    Jafar runs his business with honesty and integrity. He is knowledgeable and patient. I had him look at my air conditioner that I thought wasn't working well. He explained to me how to take care of the central A/C, the hows and whys. I'm impressed!

    Furnace Repair

    My mom greatly appreciate Jafar's service today, she contacted him today because the control valve of our furnace was not closing properly causing a gas leak. He was able to come on the same day and was very helpful and proactive in looking for ways to help us save money. Jafar was very professional, patient and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend him to anyone.

    Jafar, I am very satisfied of your professional services today, 3 technician could not detect and fix my furnace controller for full functioning, but you did a very good job to fix it right today. I appreciate your honest job with a sound knowledge to trouble shoot it that work perfectly well. Thank you very much Jafar. We will continue to let the service of our house in your hand.
