Great job on the roof and added extra venting. Was prompt on all communication. Had good detail on all work that was to be done. Very similar pricing with other installers but is a GAF certified installer so able to get the extended warranty from the manufacturer.

Anyone who has owned their own home has found themselves in a position where a renovation or major repair is needed. This was the third roof we have put on in the last twenty years so I was wary of the whole process. However, Fair and Square showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would, did the work at the price they quoted, did a nice professional job and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was timely and straight forward. What else could you ask for?

We moved to this house which needed re-roofing. I contacted Fair and Square roofing and Dominik showed up for quotation. He gave us five-six options for roofing . He also explained pros and cons of each of these options. He found problem in our ventilation as well and discussed corrective measures. He showed us samples of shingles at the time of quotation. He also explained how much it will cost if we want some extra features like 88" of ice and water shield instead of 44", and upgraded underlayment option. With the help of Dominik we could see some houses with shingles we wanted on our roof. Looking at the shingles installed on a roof is entirely different than looking at few pieces of shingles. it helped us in our decision and we knew what shingles we would like. After we informed Dominik about our decision, he gave us a date for the delivery of shingles. Fair and Square staff started work within couple of days of delivery. The re-roofing was done in a day and half. The staff were profession and they cleaned the yard after work. Dominik also came to inspect after installation work was done and cleaned the yard for any leftover debris. Dominik was very professional and courteous. I am happy with the work done and would recommend Fair and Square roofing to others as well.

This company does it all. Courteous and polite, but straight to business, this Owner/Estimator carries 20 years of experience as a qualified Tradesman turned Businessman. The whole process starts by receiving 7 estimates, each choice completely explained. This company covers every price and quality point. All work is completely warranted above industry standards. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. I ended up choosing GAF Timberland HD shingles for my house, which comes with a 50-year manufacturer warranty, which is transferable to the new homeowner when and if I sell my home. My house looks amazing with the new designer shingles!! Huge thank you to the staff at Fair & Square Roofing Inc., I highly recommend calling these guys before making ANY DECISIONS on a new roof!!!

Hired Fair & Square to replace our roof. They spread tarps around the house and deck. Work was done in a professional manner. Left worksite in a very clean condition after completion. Owner returned later to inspect the roof for a high standard. We were very pleased with the results.

After using Fair and Square roofing previously after a relatives recommendation I knew who I would be using when it was time to re roof the house. Dominik makes sure I am aware of all the options available when he gives an estimate and ensures all questions are answered. He also is on time when he says he will do the estimate. His crew when it came time to do the project were on time and did the work well and it looks great. They left the area very clean like they hadn't even been there. Dominik personally came back to check the work and ensure the area looked good. It is nice to have that double check on the work and the clean up, as I have seen other companies leave nails and mess after they did neighbouring houses. Even once the work was done, Dominik will still answer questions promptly and give information. Had previous roof on for 13+ years - Product failed to uphold it's 25 year warranty - Wanted a better product - Dominic stopped by, went up on the roof to give us a real measure of what was needed and then gave us a proper and informed presentation with pricing. You get what you pay for in this instance, and it was not cheap but was top notch - helpers were thorough in the cleanup and the installers were professional and willing to answer all my questions. Dominic went out as well and found the vents, etc I preferred! Excellent job - would recommend them!
