I called Choice Appliance service first thing in the morning for my broken GE dryer. Wayne arrived within the hour. He gave me a quote and had my dryer going in minutes. I was able to pay by debit and had the receipt emailed immediately. Wayne has been working in the trade for over 20 years. Excellent customer service. I Highly recommend Choice Appliance Service. Thank you so much Wayne.

Our GE dryer was making a terrible noise. I was convinced the bearings had gone. Wayne said it might be, but could be something else. Of course...he was right. A small metal drawstring end was the culprit, which he quickly diagnosed and fixed. Just slightly more than the minimum for his short time to fix it. Very polite and friendly. I will definitely be calling Wayne again when our next appliance fails!!

If you want it done right then you want to call Wayne at Choice Appliance Service. Wayne knows his stuff, fixed our problem Fast!!!!!!!! He is very Knowledgeable and Courteous. Our 16 year old GE Dishwasher Lives on to wash again! Thanks Wayne!

We normally don't write reviews but our experience with Wayne at Choice Appliance Service was worth taking the time to let everyone know. Wayne showed up on time and within about an hour had diagnosed our GE Cafe refrigerator which had completely stopped working. He handled everything with GE in respect to parts and warranty and was back as soon as the parts were ready. His repair was fast, clean and professional. Our fridge is now running perfectly. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing GE repairs, especially if you're still under warranty.

Called Choice appliance and dealt with Wayne to explain what was going on with my fridge. Wayne showed up and diagnosed the problem and even had the part to repair at the same time. Wonderful and very friendly service. I would recommend this company to people.

Wayne was exceedingly prompt, knowledgeable, and good at solving problems with old appliances. Two problems : Dishwasher & Fridge repair and replace parts. We highly recommend; he was a pleasure to deal with.

After dealing with another high-ranked HS service provider (which told us to buy a new dryer, that ours wasn't worth fixing) we called Wayne at Choice Appliance Service to provide an assessment on our dryer. THANK GOD WE DID. Within ten mins he had diagnosed the issue, and within 20 more mins, he had fixed the issue. Wayne is GREAT! A TRUE PROFESSIONAL and is now going to be our go-to for all our appliance needs. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOICE APPLIANCE SERVICE FOR ALL APPLIANCE NEEDS.

So the old GE fridge stopped working and we got in touch with Wayne this morning through GE/Mabe as he is a certified GE technician. Wayne showed up a couple of hours later, found the problem with the main control board/motherboard for which he had a replacement in his van and a few minutes later, we had a working fridge again. Wayne even gave us a deal lower than the flat rate since the board is fairly basic. I highly recommend Wayne and his company for great service.

I highly recommend working with Choice Appliance Service if you are looking for responsive & professional service. It is rare to encounter a knowledgeable and honest repair service company in any field. I called Choice’s main number at 7 pm and left a messaging explaining the issue & within minutes I received a call back from Wayne. Not was Wayne a consummate professional on the call, he went out of his way to help me diagnose and troubleshoot the problem with my Electric Range before even trying to schedule a paid service visit. Wayne took the time to talk me through a few steps to get my stovetop working again. Because of Wayne's help over the phone, there wasn't the need to come onsite or the opportunity to bill for his services. When I asked if there was some I could do to thank or pay him for his help, Wayne simply said "No need. I've been doing this for 24 years and I only charge customers when I have to actually perform a service. Happy to help troubleshoot." I was floored and appreciative of his kind gesture. You don't see that too often these days. It's for that reason I wrote this review and decide to share his good deed. An honest repair person is hard to find. Wayne is awesome. Choice Appliance Service is awesome. Call if you need services and you will see for yourself.

Wayne was honest from the first time speaking with him and was very professional from the time of booking to the repair of the appliance. He was the only individual that would provide an estimate over the phone which of course was subject to change once he saw the appliance (it did not change). I would definitely recommend and use Choice again.
