    basement waterproofing

    We hired Royal Work to waterproof our basement in December based on their reviews and they seemed to be the most responsive and available at the time. All the other companies I talked to described virtually the same process and were at the same price point. Generally speaking they did a good job. They were efficient throughout the process and I assume the actual waterproofing was done properly and with care, even though I thought that the end of the job seemed unnecessarily rushed. There were some outstanding issues during and after the job, but I spoke to Nazar at their office about this recently and he sent over a crew in a matter of days - they addressed the main issues quickly and professionally. It's great to see how they took responsibility and made everything right.

    Backflow Valve

    I rarely write these but in this case I truly believe Anatoliy and his team deserve the recognition. They showed up on time, were very attentive, speedy, and ensured all our needs were met. Anatoliy also walked us through the rebate process, helped us with the permit, and proactively supplied all of the documentation needed to make the rebate process smooth and seamless. I would definitely recommend Royal Work Corp.

    Underpinning completion

    After 14 months of excavation and underpinning an 8ft basement out of a crawlspace, our previous contractor left us in the lurch when we had about 10-20% of the work to finish -two big windows to rough in, an interior wall in bad shape, an opening at the side of the house to be closed, two LVL beams to be properly installed, a concrete floating path above the walkout, a walkout wall to build out, and a bunch of parging to make it all look presentable. We waited two months daily begging them to return until we gave up and engaged Royal Work based on reviews. After months of near despair before Royal Work arrived, we watched Sasha and his crew basically solve one problem after another, doing the entire job in 9 days. The relief is palpable. And the quality of the work is also impeccable. I wouldn't have been a good judge before but even by comparison to the previous contractor - whose work was pretty good - these are very precise, very thoughtfully done pieces of work. I am very impressed and would highly recommend Royal Work. Thank you Anatoliy, Sasha and the other guys for saving us!

    Complete exterior waterproofing and sump pump

    Nazar and his team completed an exterior waterproof and sump pump installation at my home. They were punctual, hardworking, clean, and completed the job on time. Due to limited space the trench had to be hand dug and I was amazed at how efficient and professional Nezars team conducted their business. I will absolutely use their services in the future.

    Outside waterproofing

    Guys from Royal Work Waterproofing are so good specialists. Work did so fast and I didnt have any inconvenience.I really recommend this company!!!!

    Exterior Waterproofing

    We had 5 waterproofing contractors come to review our property, and happy to say that Anatoliy was the best. He was very honest with what could be done and what problems we may encounter, and was always available to talk through any issues. The team that came out were likewise just as great, leaving the area in better condition than when they started. If you have a waterproofing issue do yourself a favour and give Royal Work a call, they will go above and beyond the scope of work whilst staying within budget.

    Basement underpinning

    From our first initial meeting I knew that I would be able to trust this company. Anatoily was patient, listened and was very thorough with is explanation. He was always available to communicate or answer any questions I had. This process was a huge undertaking. Not only did we underpin we also excavated a portion of our basement to make it bigger. I can not speak highly enough of Yurii and Alex. They are such diligent workers who take such care in what they do. With this being a project that takes time you want to know you have people you can trust and communicate with. They went above and beyond. My family and I were here through the entire process and the guys were so respectful of our space. Personally I believe these qualities are what make Royal work and their team stand out. Bottom line they care that you are happy with the work and that reflects in their work. I highly recommend them.

    Basement lowering and dig out

    Lowered our basement floor several feet, including digging out a large (120 sq ft) crawl space at back, installed new sump pump and sewage ejector. A tough job, but they showed up every day, six days/week, 'til it was done. The city inspector and engineer never had anything to say except, "These guys are pros." Anatoliy is totally focused, always just a text or phone call away when you have questions. We talked to 4 companies before settling on Royal Work. All the companies we talked with seemed very good, but Royal Work came out on top because of price and availability. I've already recommended them to several friends.

    Anatoliy and team were so professional. Such a big messy job and I felt comfortable and confident through the entire process. Great job and we are very satisfied. Would highly recommend Royal Work

    Courteous, Efficient, Clean

    A real pleasure to work with Anatoliy & his crew. We had a repeating leak at the back wall of our townhouse basement. Anatoliy explained the best way of dealing with it in very clear and pleasant terms, and offered a reasonable quote. Nikolas & Rudolf came on time, laid down drop cloths for their exits and entries, and all in all worked steadily, efficiently, courteously. In two days, they drilled out a strip (12-18") of the concrete pad between wall and floor (36' total), laid in weeping tile/tube, poured new cement, fitted the walls with dimple pads, & cleaned up afterwards as if it was their own house. The day-ending conversation about NHL players from Slovakia was a bonus!
