    Basement Waterproofing

    Replaced concrete floor and drains. Installed wall membrane, weeping tile, sump pump and back water valve. Excellent work performed by Anatoliy and his crew. Dedicated and committed to getting the work completed. Took care of everything from beginning to end.

    Waterproof Basement

    I can't say enough good things about this company and crew. They arrived every morning, worked efficiently and were conscientious and clean. I would recommend them whole-heartedly. The basement is now cozy and dry and has a completely different feel than before this work was done.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Anatoliy and his crew were fantastic! From the first meeting with Anatoliy to the work Vlad and Lucas did, we were very pleased. They worked exceptionally hard. They were courteous to us and respectful of our property, they were efficient on the job, and showed pride in their work. We initially contracted with Royal Work for waterproofing, including new window wells, and ended up also getting them to install our backwater valve. They used good materials and explained each step of the process, with the use of pictures. Anatoliy also came for quality checks both at the start and at the end of the job. Royal Work was the only company that provided us with a quote immediately upon inspecting and making a recommendation. They were very competitive and the job came with a 25 year warranty. They did everything they said they would in the quote without any hidden costs or surprises. We are satisfied customers and would definitely recommend Royal Work Corp.

    Basement waterproofing

    We had an internal weeping tile system, including a sump pump, installed. The men were hard workers, on time every morning, and had the work completed in 4 days. For such a messy job, the cleanup afterwards was great. We would not hesitate to recommend or hire Anatoly and his team again.

    Doing It Right

    Anatoliy and his crew were fantastic! They were efficient on the job site, were courteous to us, and really showed pride in their work. They fixed a stage 1 crack in our foundation by sealing about 2.5 feet on both sides of it. They used good materials and explained the different steps they were going to take. Anatoliy came for a quality check at the end of the job too. They had the best up-front advice. They were the only company that came on-site to assess and make a recommendation (and even did a walk-about inspection of other areas). They had a competitive price and offered a 25 year warranty. They did everything they said they would in the quote without any hidden costs or surprises. I would recommend Royal Work Corp and they'll be the first I call for any type of waterproofing work in the future.

    professionalism, cleanliness and courteous

    I am highly recommending Royal Works for the great work they did to fix our leaky and wet basement. The two man crew were very professional and courteous. They were very well organized and cleaned up very well throughout and after the job. They also finished the job in one day which was great.

    Window Well Repair

    We had water leaking in to our basement through some poorly constructed window wells that weren't draining properly. Anatoliy quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested a much more reasonable and effective solution than other contractors. He was able to schedule the job very quickly and his team did an incredibly professional job. I also needed a report of what they found to be put together afterwards and Anatoliy was able to get me exactly what I needed. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the highly professional approach of Royal Work and Anatoliy.

    Basement waterproofing and new floor

    Work included interior waterproofing, floor dig down to replace drains and add gravel, new concrete floor. A big job, lots of labour required. Project manager was very available and accommodating.
