    Foundation waterproofing + deck removal

    We live in house that is build it 50s and it needed waterproofing of the foundations. Also, we wanted deck in backyard removed, as it was old. Anatoliy showed up in our house shortly after our inquiry on HomeStars on Monday, looked at the property, explained in details and with pictures what needs to be done, and provided detailed and reasonable quote. We accepted the quote and his crew showed up at work on Thursday, as promised. Work they performed was very good quality, on time and clean. At some point we needed to add some additional work based on what has been found, and Anatoliy adjusted the plans quickly. By Tuesday work was done, and we are very happy with the outcome. On Tuesday evening there was a big storm with lot of rain in our area, which would normally cause leak in our crawl space, but this time everything was dry. I can recommend Analtoliy and Royal Work to any home owner doing work on their foundation. Predrag, North York

    Waterproofing

    Anatoli and his team did an amazing job waterproofing our entire bungalow over the past two weeks. They arrived promptly each morning, worked in select sections daily and, kept the outdoor space clean. We were most impressed by the attention to detail and curtious nature of the crew. For example, they would have to dig in spots that had some plants growing. They would dig out the plants first, waterproof, and they put the plants back in. We had quite frankly mentally prepared for our house to look disastrous after waterproofing but this was NOT the case... We couldn't be happier with Royal Works!

    Clean and quick job

    These guys are amazing. We’re really impressed with the cleanliness and accuracy of their work. The exterior of the entire house is even better than it was before they came. They were on time every day, friendly guys, great communication.

    Complete waterproofing of the basement

    Anatolii, the team leader showed up the next day after my call. He immediately provided an estimate that was very reasonable. They started the work in a few days. This year they worked they waterproof for a house of my parents. A few years ago they did the same for our house as well. Both projects were done professionally and very fast. Our home is in excellent condition and I clearly see the quality of their work after 3 years, it is just awesome! The team was working very effectively and cleanly. All waterproof work was done in 5 days and that also included including complete deck replacement I saw many waterproof projects in the neighborhood that were taking months and were resulting in more damage to the houses than help. Their job is excellent quality and a very competitive price. Yuri and Andrew were very friendly and did an amazing job at our place. There were no hidden costs and the estimate was very precise. They remove all junk and mess and left the place in very clean conditions. I am looking forward to working with them on some other projects in my basement next year. Olena and Iraklii

    Competent and reliable, already used again.

    Royal Work Corp has been one of the few competent and reliable service providers I have encountered. They say what they do and they do what they say. Credible and reliable. Good communication and service. Neat and clean up when required and job completed. Great value and I would certainly use them again. These guys deserve the 10 * rating.

    Drain work for a new basement apartment

    I am converting my unfinished basement into a basement apartment. Drains had to be dug for the new kitchen and bathroom, and a backwater valve installed where the drain exited the house. Royal Water Corp. gave me a detailed written quote at an excellent price. The Work was done quickly and professionally. The city inspector passed it the first time. I was concerned while it was on going because there were trenches and dirt all over the basement, but when they finished it was completely clean and tidy, as if no one has been there. Anatoliy, Andrew and Max were terrific and I would recommend them to anyone!

    Basement Underpinning

    Anatoliy and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. We had dozens of questions when it came to underpinning our basement and Anatoliy patiently answered them all. The crew worked 6 days a week, were alway respectful of my family still living in the house and did a great job finishing ahead of schedule. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Royal Works for a job like this.

    Basement leak repair and sump pump installation

    Had a significant leak in the basement that was causing a large amount of work and stress every time it rained. Royal Work Corp. sent out a technician to assess the issue and provided a very reasonable estimate. The work was completed in a single day and the crew was very respectful of my house and belongings. They laid down drop sheets to protect my floors and cleaned up everything when they left. They even helped me to complete all of the paper work to claim a rebate for my sump pump installation from the city. To date, my basement has been completely dry and I have great peace of mind. Given this experience, I intend to call them again in the spring for some additional work that I would like to have done.
