    Basement waterproof

    We hired Royal Work to waterproof our basement. They also installed a sump pump and provided repairs to our crawl space. We were very happy with the work that Anatoliy and his team provided. One thing that stood out was their cleanliness which was very important to my family. We were also impressed with their ability to take on new tasks that came up during their time at our property. We would recommend them.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Interior weeping tile and sump pump installation. The crew were amazing from the initial quote to payment. They maintained their timelines and were professional and tidy when on site. They were incredibly responsive to any questions and provided support with the city rebate program. I would highly recommend this company. Their work exceeded my expectations.     Basement waterproofing

    The two gentlemen who came to our home to provide this service were extremely professional, caring and took great pride in their work. They were very efficient and kept the dust to a minimum. They were very careful in keeping our home clean and took the garbage away at the end of the job. We would highly recommend Royal Work Corp. First class business.

    Basement Waterproofing and Backwater Valve Installation

    I found Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing on HomeStars. Anatolyi arrived soon after my call to investigate a crack in our bungalow’s basement foundation. He was efficient and thorough in his investigation, discovering a second crack that was overlooked by another company. He also explained the project in detail, showing photos and telling me what to expect. The team of Andrew and Maros arrived on the scheduled day to excavate down to the footings, examine weeping tiles, seal cracks, and install two window wells. Anatolyi used a camera to assess the condition of our water pipes. Due to recent flooding in our neighbourhood, he recommended the installation of a backwater valve. The entire project was completed on schedule as described: four days including A/C disconnection and reconnection for the waterproofing and approval by a city inspector for valve installation. Anatolyi made all the necessary arrangements with outside service providers. He even helped me complete the form for the backwater valve rebate. (Estimate provided in this review does not include the rebate.) Our property was returned to normal and everything was cleaned up. Despite the rainy autumn weather, there was not much mud to speak of. I am grateful for the expertise of the team from Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing—the company's 25-year guarantee gives me confidence in its workmanship.

    Basement weepers

    Anatoliy determined dry basement walls via thermography, and water entering my basement by Hydrostatic pressure, through the floor. Days later, contractor Andrew and co-worker spent two days to eradicate the issue. I was shown deep water in the first area dug and dry area at the other end. When the dig was completed between the two ends, Andrew released a clog from the old weeper and the water flowed to the drain, leaving a tiny trickle. New weepers were installed strategically, work was efficient and neat, and workers knowledgeable and friendly. This was Not a cookie-cutter high-cost repair including things that were not needed. Happy with the service and guarantee!

    Basement waterproofing

    Excellent work. First class service feom.start to finish. I would highly recommend Toyal Works for basement waterproofing. They showed up on time. Took pictures of everything. Didnt try to oversell. Great work.

    Water mystery

    After having several contractors and professionals in to assess a water problem, Anatoliy from Royal Work spent time thoroughly examining our house. While no other contractors were able to provide an explanation, Anatoliy had an idea and was even able to guide us in the direction of help. Thank you, Anatoliy!     Basement waterproofing.

    They were very professsional, rang the doorbell before work started and asked to see appropriate paperwork for confirmation. They put everything back exactly where they found it before work was done. It was so neat you couldn’t tell that there had been people working there! Anatoliy came prior to work commenced and gave us an estimate and he came back and checked in while the crew were working. We were also shown pictures of each step of the process! I would recommend them any day integrity is rare in today’s world!

    Crack repair and waterproofing

    Open foundation wall to the footing for approx 7 feet fix the cracks and put everything back as it was.
