    Concrete walls and Block work

    I found Royal works group on Home Stars and they lived up to all the reviews posted. Not only did they come into a project that had issues from the past contractor they fixed the issues and completed the work ontime and at a professional level. From Anatoliy (project Manager) to the crew on site, we could not be happier with full project and entend to bring them back for additional work.

    Whole house exterior waterproofing

    Anatoliy and his team are just awesome! They did the whole exterior waterproofing of our house in very cold conditions by digging by hand and with a machine. Anatoliy is very professional and clearly described what work will be done and how long it will take to complete the job. The work was completed in 8 days and they did an OUTSTANDING job! Alex also replaced the sump pump and installed a backup sump pump. They were tidy and cleaned up leaving the site just as they found it. I highly recommended Anatoliy , Sergui Alex and his team and thank them for their excellent work and professionalism. The quality of their work is excellent, price is good, they are efficient.     Waterline and Sewer Backup Valve

    I wanted to upgrade my waterline to a larger size and install a sewer backup check valve. Eugene from Royal Work Corp did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable. All of the work was completed quickly and always made himself available for any questions we had after the job was finished. Great service, great price, great company.

    Basement Waterproofing Repair

    We had a leaking crack in our basement and got quotes from several waterproofing places. Eugene assessed it from Royal Work, was knowledgeable and had the lowest price, and could also do the work within a couple of days. Anatoli and helper arrived exactly on time. They were conscientious regarding our existing landscaping and fence. They got the repair done quickly and restored everything as it was. We are very satisfied with their work.

    Foundation Waterproofing

    Anatoliy and his team were quick, efficient and honest. Overall a quick process from getting a quote to completion of work. Reasonable cost and most important they have solid experience and don't do work unless it is needed.

    Building walkout entrance

    I called few companies and Royal Work gave the best price and their availability was the shortest. Plus all positive reviews on home stars helped with the decision. All in all I am quite satisfied with the project. The office staff was polite, flexible and welcoming, the workers were professional and polite, too. The project took more than a month and was inspected by the town inspectors. Royal Work's people listen to all remarks from the inspectors and fixed everything accordingly. In the end all inspections were passed which gave me a peace of mind. As on any project there were some problems, but luckily the minor ones. The major flaw was in the drawing made by a third party architect, which I wish was noticed by the working crew from royal Work earlier. It cost me extra $500 to buy extra concrete to fix it which on the scale of the project was not too much, but still could be avoided. Also, as the result, the first step ended up to be smaller than the rest of the steps. Again, not a biggie. The only other thing was the heavy equipment put on my driveway without any rubber or wooden barriers which left a couple small marks on the asphalt. When I noticed that, the workers immediately started to put wooden pieces under it. Again, all in all, all the major work related to underpinning, waterproofing and concrete formation were done excellently.

    Basement excavation for window

    Excellent Job! Reasonable price! These contractors work hard and give amazing service from quote to finish! They worked late to complete the job and were so polite and respectful. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Royal Work Team!

    Basement Waterproofing

    We are extremely happy with the work completed. They did basement waterproofing around the exterior of our house on almost every wall in only 5 days, sometimes working late into the evening to get a job finished. The quote was very reasonable for the amount of work required. They kept us informed of their progress each day and kept the job site very tidy disposing of all garbage. I actually think the outside of our house looks better now than it did before they came! We would definitely recommend this company. A very fast, efficient service by a hard working team.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Royal Work Corp. did an outstanding job and were completely professional from first contact. They responded to our request for a quote within 24 hours. They completed the job as promised and went beyond our expectations on a daily basis. Their employees were professional and completed the job as detailed in the quote. Had our first major rain storm and absolutely no leak. None of our landscaping or deck was affected in the process and the clean up left no trace. Royal Work even did some extra work around our drainage piping and put our gate back in better shape than when they started. They were the most impressive contractors we have experienced and would recommend them and use them again for any future work without hesitation.

    Whole house exterior waterproofing

    We had a few leaks in basement and cracks on side of house so we decided to do the whole exterior waterproofing. After getting estimates from number of companies, checking reviews, recommendations from our friends we stopped at Royal Works Corp. Their team (Vladimir, Eugene and others) were great and professional and outstanding job was completed on time, place was cleaned. We are very happy with work that was done.
