Basement Leak Inspection and Quote
While other firms/contractors came and quoted absorbent amounts for a solution that may not have even fixed the issue, Nazaar's knowledge and experience found the source within 5 minutes. Apparently it was due to poorly cut concrete slits under an exterior door frame which is a simply DIY fix, saving me thousands of dollars. Nazaar provided clear explanations, how to test, and fix the problem myself. He also gave a very reasonable quote in the case it was a foundational wall issue. I will definitely go with Royal Work Corp for any future needs. Thank you!

Basement underpinning and waterproofing
My wife and I decided to have our 100-year-old, unfinished basement renovated. It's a big job and it began with Royal Work deepening the basement by about three feet ; underpinning the foundations; laying sewer and drain pipes ; waterproofing the entire basement; and pouring a concrete floor. We could not have been more impressed by the crew that Royal Work sent to our home every day. They showed up on time, and got a ton of work done each day until their part of the project was completed. As supervisor, Anatoliy always provided with up-to-date information and answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend Royal Work to a homeowner needing this kind of work performed.

Exterior foundation waterproofing / weeping tile installation
Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing is a hard-working company. Knowledgeable, reliable, sincere, honest & trustworthy is the service I received in the exterior foundation waterproofing / weeping tile installation at my home. I was lucky that this company was referred to me. I have peace of mind and am confident that the work was done right. I have since been telling friends and neighbours about my fantastic experience of having my emergency job completed with careful precision & pride of quality workmanship. Basement waterproofing
Used Royal Work for my foundation crack leak. After two unsuccessful injections by other companies, Royal Work came in and explained to me why injections didn't work and after repaired the crack properly with a lifetime warranty. I waited two years to write this review to make sure the repair withstands the heavy spring rains. Thank you guys for doing such good work, I will definitely be using your services in the future to waterproof the rest of my house

Weeping tile and sump pump installation
Anatoliy and his crew did an amazing job! Their work was meticulous and they kept to their schedule finishing in one day. In fact, my neighbours were so impressed with the work they asked Anatoliy to do exactly the same for them next week. I highly recommend them!!!

Basement wall leak
We had a cracked wall in our basement. I contacted Anatoliy and 2 days later a crew arrived and completed the job in half a day, as promised. More importantly, the did a first rate and very thorough job with obvious skill and expertise. They exposed the basement wall with a hand dig without disturbing the garden; they even replanted a rose bush. In fact, the garden bed has never looked better. Should the need arise again on another wall (hope not!) I would not hesitate to call Royal Works again. I am very pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

Urgent waterproofing job
After the really heavy rainstorm on April 3, our small problem of a little water in one closet in the basement became more severe. A drop turned into a flow, we were dumping pails of water. In a panic, I called 5 waterproofing companies, and left urgent messages. Only one got back to me - Anatoliy, the manager at Royal Work. He promised to come the next day and did. And quickly diagnosed that we had a major problem that was going to require digging, putting on multiple layers of waterproofing. It sounded like it was going to be a very expensive job. I was delighted with Anatoliy's very reasonable quote and explanation that a 2-man crew could address the problem in a day's work. With no more rain in the forecast the urgency was reduced. He promised to send a crew in the middle of next week and he did. The crew showed up on time - actually, somewhat early. Vlad and Vasil did excellent work, were pleasant despite some limits in their spoken English. They were happy to show us the work as they were doing it. And they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They discovered that they could not lay down weeping (drainage) tiles without installing (the next day) a $2000 sump pump. Most of that cost is reimbursable by the City of Toronto. Otherwise the estimate was bang on. I've added some before, during and after pictures. I've written many reviews over the years. This company was the best! A pleasure to work with, sticking to the estimates, interacting nicely, cleaning up thoroughly after their difficult digging and installing work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And I still haven't heard back from the other 4 companies whom I phoned...

Basement Waterproofing and Brick parging
We received excellent service from Anatoli and his crews on two projects. Great communication and quick response by Anatoli and crews completed projects on time and meticulously! Would highly recommend this company for both types of work. Awesome work! Thank you Royal Work!

Simple EXCELLENT! Basement concrete, inside/out weather proofing and Sump Pump
Just finished the work! Simply great work by an efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working crew! Alex on crew is super great and Analotiy (supervisor) is patient, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all our questions! They are good at what they do, and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Would do business again!

Phenomenal Sum Pump Installation
Anatoli was by far the best contractor that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He is professional , knowledgeable , pleasant and knows how to explain the task that needs to be done. Sergei and Alex were excellent, very hard working , pleasant , neat , fast and organized. They removed ,drywall , baseboards , studs and insulation and managed to salvage all the wood ( approx. 20 feet section) Great job guys. I highly recommend this team.
