    Condo suite painting upgrade

    Moved into a condo suite Dec '22 with 4 rooms/areas needing thoughtful refreshing. Mick's team did a great job of repairs and painting. The communication and services offered (paint selection, etc) made the experience really satisfactory. Would recommend referrals to family and friends so that you can rest assured the team will take good care of them.

    Great experience with tricolour painting

    Mick and his team were fantastic - great attention to detail, kept the workplace tidy, courteous and professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

    Great outdoor painting job!

    Mick and his team did a great job of painting the outside wood all around our 100 year old house in East York. They were on-time and on-budget with the quote Mick provided. We are thrilled with the result!

    Professional team with excellent results!

    We hired Mick and his team to help refresh a significant portion of our home, from the basement to the second level. Mick was great when we need to add on a few items, he was also very detail oriented in his quote. Cost and the time estimates were both accurate! The team was very professional, always arriving on time and always stayed the whole day. They protected our new floors and furniture and cleaned up the site perfectly when they were done. They were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having them in our home. The painting looks fantastic! It has brightened our space significantly. All details were handled professionally, no matter how small or finicky. Thanks again Tricolour Painting!

And we think the stairs look great too - painting the threads a different colour from the stringers and risers really makes them look smart and better than being all one colour. Nice eye!     drywall repair and painting

    We had water damage to one wall and cracks in another wall and ceiling. TriColour Painting was recommended by our local Benjamin Moore Paint store. Mick came quickly and gave an estimate for cost and duration of the work, and both were accurate. Steve came to do the work, punctually and reliably, and was pleasant and professional. The drywall repair and painting look beautiful, and Steve cleaned up excellently. Steve and Mick even took down some paintings that we couldn't reach, and Steve hung them up again - neither was included in the quote and we weren't charged for them. We will definitely use TriColour Painting again.

    Amazing Painters

    We hired TriColour Painting after we found out that our contractor was marking all of his subcontractor trades up by 25%. Mick was able to appreciate the situation and work with us to negotiate the sensitive subject of taking work away from our contractor. Mick recommended the services of a designer for a colour consultation and it was money well spent. The painting results speak for themselves and we are so happy to be moving back into our home. I would recommend TriColour to anyone looking to get their home painted.

    Condo Painting

    I needed a paint job for my condo within a short span of time and Mick was extremely accommodating. The work was fairly priced and extremely professional.

    Simply the best. Period.

    I am a realtor and always have Tricolour Painting do any painting needed while getting homes ready for sale. I have used them for years. They are the best! Honest, hardworking and trustworthy. And did I mention CLEAN? Best of all, the job is always perfect!

As you well know spending on painting is a great way to boost a homes sale value and make the buyers feel it's "move in ready". And sometimes we are really needed to cove over those old water damaged areas so as not to alarm prospective buyers!

    Great job

    Mick and his team did a great job painting our 3 bedroom, 1200 sq feet condo townhouse in North York. He was responsive and gave a fairly accurate quote after inspecting our home. He also painted some sample swatches free of cost. We did not get the trims painted, we only went for the walls and closets. All in all we are glad we used Tricolour paiting to paint our home

    Very Happy with Work and would Highly Recommend!

    I would highly recommend Mick and his team. From my very first phone call with him, right through the entire process until the job was complete - he was professional, friendly and efficient. He accommodated my tight schedule and made sure I was updated every step of the way. His work is excellent and he goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied!
