I called around 4-5 companies regarding a problem I was having with my central vac. Marco was the only individual who didn't immediately insist I needed a new vacuum due to the age of my older unit. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution for a quick fix that would be cheaper than buying a new unit. Once he saw the unit and the issue, he advised me to keep the existing unit and make the repairs due to the quality of the existing machine I already had. He took the machine with him back to his shop and came back several days later with the fixed machine. Most of the other individuals I dealt with all recommended getting a new machine due to the age of my existing unit once they heard the symptoms. He was the only one to diagnose the issue correctly right off the bat and didn't push me into buying a new machine just due to the age of my existing unit. It wasn't something I was looking forward to, having to buy a vacuum cleaner for my studio apartment where I live with... my two feline buddies. I'm typically cursed with analysis by paralysis so I started on Google and, as expected, was immediately overwhelmed with the zillions of models, features, prices... and not enough to make an informed decision. In comes Super Hero Marco. Literally, this guy is amazing. In knowledge, experience, client service, honesty and likeability. I wish I'd known how he could - and did- save me hours of research. He immediately matched my specific needs to a top model vacuum cleaner that was well within my budget and, oh how sweet, Marco saved me $300 from the list price on the manufacturer's website. I am ever so grateful Marco!

I was in the market to either buy a new vacuum or fix my central vacuum. I called Vaccums plus (because of the great reviews online) Marco answered my call right away and then we booked a quick inhome appointment to see if my central vacuum could be fixed. I decided against getting my central vac fixed- with the help of Marco's honest opinion and knowledge. Buying a Miele vacuum would be more suitable for my home and lifestyle. Marco was honest and had a lot knowledge about vacuums- of course his company has been around a long time. He didn't push me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with- which I appreciated. side note- I love the Miele :) But mostly I will always go back to Vaccums plus for servicing my vacuum or anything that comes up in my house without this realm. Marco also helped me fix my Dyson- which I thought was broken and he didnt even charge me for this service. It is so nice these days to find such a lovely and professional company. I telephoned Marco on Friday about a repair for my 20 years old Miele vacuum cleaner. He said I could bring it in on Saturday and wait while he did the repair. He was not a hard sell, just very knowledgeable about his products and I decided it was time to upgrade anyway. He was extremely friendly, courteous, patient and helpful. Considering it was a Saturday morning (during COVID) and he was very busy with other customers waiting I never felt rushed or pressured. And to top it all off, he actually delivered my new vacuum to my condo later that afternoon, no charge. I would have no hesitation recommending Vacuums Plus.

If you think online ordering is the easiest, quickest, and best way to buy your home essentials, you haven't visited Vacuums Plus. After Marco helped me find the perfect replacement for my old vacuum last winter, I knew whom to turn to for my new problem: how to best humidify my home. Marco didn't disappoint. He came to my house and identified the appropriate solution, including where to place the humidifier. He had one with him and was able to purchase it on the spot. You will never find that kind of direct-to-you delivery AND service online. Thank you again Marco!

When my 20-year old central vac just wasn't cutting it anymore, I contacted Marco to recommend a replacement. He has a friendly and professional attitude, not to mention a passion for what he does. Marco is amazing! Social distancing and respectful. Immediately evaluated the system could be repaired and needed the correct filter. Took it to his shop and serviced the unit and when the filter arrived he reinstalled the system the next morning. Thank you so much!

In the market for a good humidifier-air purifier, Marco took me through all the options, explaining how each product worked, its advantages, disadvantages as well as the conveying published research and reviews. He's a walking encyclopedia of information and knows his stuff. PLUS the service is non-pareil: in house maintenance and repairs, other related products for sale and free delivery. This is a gem of a business.
