    Vacuum Repair

    By the time I left a phone message about a vacuum repair, received a return call, took the vacuum to the location at 101 Spadina, and left the shop with a fixed vacuum, less than 3 hours had elapsed. I told Marco, I couldn't believe I was getting such excellent service in Toronto. I was also surprised - pleasantly so - by the very affordable price.

    Purchasing a vacuum cleaner

    I am a huge believer in supporting neighbourhood stores and, man, is this one a gem or what! Not only is there a great variety of product available, but the prices are very competitive, the products are of excellent quality, and Marco takes the time to explain the pros and cons of each based on what your individual needs are. My overall experience was outstanding and mainly there's Marco to thank for that. He represents servicing and knowledge-ability at its very finest. I strongly recommend that you make this a mandatory stop for any needs related to vacuum cleaners, vacuum after-market needs, central vac, etc.... I genuinely want to thank Marco for making this shopping experience a very easy and happy one. I will recommending Vacuums Plus to everyone!! everyone!

    clean central vacuum & repair outlets

    Great service and work from Central Vacuum. We needed to have our central vacuum unit cleaned, as it was very filthy after 12 or so years of operation. Central Vacuum thoroughly cleaned the unit, replaced broken bags' holder, and replaced various interior parts on the unit. Also, 2 defective hose outlets were repaired. The work was done quickly, excellently and courteously. Also, the telephone service was so convenient, with a live person answering our call each time that we called the Company. We cannot say enough praise about this outstanding Company.

    Central Vacuum Installation

    I did some research when I needed a central vacuum installed and Vacuums Plus seemed to be the most efficient and competitive. I hired them and they were awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about both their service and the follow-up.

    Central Vacuum Installation

    I was a walk-in customer for Vacuums Plus because their store on Spadina is close to my office. After they installed my central vacuum, I actually went back to the store to compliment the owner on how good the service was. The work was done on time, their service people arrived exactly when they said they would and the advice I got was very informative.

    Central Vacuum Installation

    Broken Vacuum Wand

    Marco was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. He explained that my problem was covered under warranty and for my reimbursement. Wonderful! I do recommend this store--it's by far the best I've seen in Toronto. Congratulations to Marco!

    vacuum and steamer

    This is the only store I will deal with when it comes to vacuums, steamers, humidifires, irons, air purufuers or whatever else they sell. Marco is an EXPERT in everything he sells, he only carries the best and knows every detiail of the products he carries and the industries he deals with. I highly recommend Vacuums plus, I am always blown away by the service I receive and I am not easily impressed.

    Central vacuum line

    After numerous great dealings with Marco at Vacuums Plus, he was my first call when I needed to have my central vacuum line moved. He sent his installer Gino who is an absolute pleasure to work with, he takes great pride in his work and his experience really shows. Thanks again Marco and Gino!!!!
