    Central Vacuum Repair

    Thank you Marco, for such excellent service. It is so refreshing to find someone so passionate, knowledgeable and respectful. You found time immediately to come to our home and help with our issue and had it returned in no time. I would recommend you to anyone needing vacuum repair or to purchase. You also sent Gino and his son to our house to repair the leak in the hose. They were both so kind and professional and the work they did to find the leak in the hose was the best our contractor had seen. (Be sure to tell Gino - that Fitzie is sorry for growling at him.)     Central vac filter

    I have had many great dealings with Marco at Vacuums Plus, he is an honest and reliable business man. They have access to the most high end parts for vacuums at the greatest prices. If you want quality look no further!

    vaccuum repairs, parts

    I have dealt with Marco for over 5 years. He repaired my central vac hose, rebuilt the motor unit, sold me various parts, etc. He has always taken the time to explain what was required and performed repairs quickly and at reasonable cost. He seems very knowledgeable. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with!

    Purchase of Miele S6

    Marco is very kind person and very knowledgable in his field. He is patient and takes time to clearly and precisely answer all your questions. He stays as unbiased as possible to recommend you what you really need.

    Vacuum purchase

    I have never received such good service anywhere about anything! I walked to his Spadina store today on my lunch break hoping to get a good deal on a canister vacuum. Marco gave me great deal - giving me a price well below the sale prices of all the big box and online retailers (I did my research before going to his store). And then he paid for a taxi back to my work b/c the box was a bit bulky to carry! Who does that? And then while I was waiting for the cab, I witnessed another retail first. A man walked in looking to replace a handheld vac that he bought someplace else and that broke after 10 or 11 months of use. Instead of selling him a new vac, Marco suggested that he make a warranty claim to get a new machine. When the guy responded that he didn't have his receipt for the original purchase and so figured he was out of luck under the warranty, Marco told him he was still potentially eligible for a free replacement and asked the guy to bring in the machine so that he (Marco) could contact the manufacturer on his behalf. Who does this for a product purchased from a competitor? Crazy. Marco, I wish you every success with your business. You deserve it.

    Product

    I was in the market for a new vacuum. I walked into this new store on Spadina and King. Mark the owner really new his stuff. I didn't know there was so much information on quality and performance with different machines. He asked me a bunch of questions, showed me three different models, helped me select the best one for me, and made an appointment for delivery, which I didn't have to pay extra for, since I live in the west end. Then the best part, before I pay for the vacuum, he's logging online to find me the lowest price, if it was possible, and sure enough, I saved another $23, price matching another company, and I was under budget too. Thanks mark, the vacuum works great.
