I called to get a quote for this repair work and Peter came the same day to look at the problem and suggest what I should do. He called the next day with a quote and came the same day to do the repair. He was very thorough, neat and fast. I was told if I had any problem just to call and he would stand by his work. I was very pleased and satisfied. The repair was actually done for a little less than the quote. I will certainly call him again if I have a plumbing problem.

We have been using Peter at Innovative Plumbing for our plumbing needs for 25+ years. Peter is reliable, trustworthy, does quality work using quality parts and explains the process in detail. Whether it is a small job, or our bathroom renovation, including tiling, the job is always done in a timely manner, within the price quoted. It's nice to know that, whenever we have a plumbing issue, Peter is only a phone call away. We highly recommend Peter and his company.

It has been a pleasure working with Innovative Plumbing. Peter is reliable, conscientious, and very knowledgeable. He gives great advice and his work is excellent. We have used Innovative plumbing on two occasions now, and will continue to use them for our future projects. Most recently, Peter helped us renovate our basement bathroom. He helped relocate pipes for a better shower configuration and also installed and tested our Grohe shower system. The installation went smoothly and our shower is exactly what we wanted. In addition, while he was working, he answered many questions and helped check out a few plumbing concerns we had elsewhere around the house. Now we have peace of mind and a great new shower!

Where other plumbing companies have failed or could not do the work. Innovative plumbing comes to the rescue...a fine company. I would never call anyone else.... excellent workmanship and dedication...

I can's say enough about the amazing job these guys did. They were on time, courteous, clean and meticulous in their detail. The first bathroom went relatively smooth, but there were several problems with the second (Master) with the equipment I purchased. These guys stayed until I got home at 7:30pm so they could explain in person what were the issues in order for me to deal with the manufacturer in an informed way. The next day they came back and installed the replacement parts so I could have the month long project completed for the weekend. I cant say enough about their work ethic and pleasant demeanor the whole time they were here. I highly recommend Peter and Ted for any plumbing project! They discovered too the my water pressure from the City was basically double and I was flirting with real problems if it wasn't corrected (new valve at the main to regulate the pressure)

We were looking to install a Grohe under counter carbonation/faucet combo in our new house, and were absolutely unable to find someone willing to take the project on. After contacting the manufacturer directly, they recommended Peter at Innovative Plumbing. Peter didn't hesitate in agreeing to the project, and made time in a busy schedule for a long installation. The resulting installation of both the faucet and the complicated unit is absolutely flawless and professionally done. We could not be happier with the result! I moved into an older home two years ago, and was lucky enough to have Peter and his company, Innovative Plumbing, recommended to me. He has saved me from disaster on evenings and weekends, including giving me free advice over the phone that prevented my pipes from freezing. Most recently, I hired Innovative to replace some plumbing and redo my ensuite shower. I felt totally comfortable and confident working with Peter and his team, knowing that their professionalism and pride in quality work would exceed my expectations - and indeed it did. He consulted with me throughout the work to ensure I was aware of any recommendation or change. As a single mother, it is crucial to feel comfortable with workmen in my house when I'm home (or not), and I always did. Back in 2009, we were recommended to use Innovative Plumbing (Peter in particular) by a sales representative whom we trusted, from the retail company which we had previously purchased our faucets and shower parts. We required some repairs done on a leaky pipe fitting. We were very happy with his work, plumbing skill, & pricing. Then in 2015, we needed repairs to our Grohe shower, and forgetting that we had used Innovative Plumbing in 2009, we called Grohe for the warranty parts and asked for them to recommend a local plumber who was knowledgeable with Grohe parts, and they recommended Innovative Plumbing. So we asked Peter to help us out and he did a great job replacing the thermostatic cartridge on our shower system. We had him back again that year to replace the irrigation connection to our house because a previous plumber had done a terrible job and it was very difficult to use. Peter set up a great connection system, which is working like a charm. More recently, March 2016, we asked Peter to replace a part on our kitchen faucet that was leaking, and again, he did a great job! We would highly recommend Peter if you require plumbing assistance. He is easy to talk with, respectful, and competitively priced.. but most importantly has a lot of experience & skill at his trade.

We recently did a major gut job on our 3000 square feet house. For plumbing of the entire house we hired Peter of Innovative Plumbing Services. We have known him for over a decade and know him to be always dependable and a phone call away. So he was our go to guy for a big project like this one. We had challenging structural changes and we were also hooked up to a septic system. Peter had thorough knowledge of it all. Peter and his brother Ted worked nonstop every single day with full focus on our project. Our inspection by the city of Mississauga inspector went without a hitch. Peter and his brother were so very courteous, trustworthy, and very pleasant to work with. They were great in working along with the other trades as well. We appreciate Peter's sound advice in choosing our options with fixtures and placement of all hardware. Also his patience even with our last minute changes and his excellent, honest and sincere customer service. We would highly recommend Peter and Ted for all kinds of plumbing needs.
