The installer (Serge) called ahead to see if he could come earlier, which was fine with me. The installation was done without issue and very quickly. The installer showed me how to use the technology for the new opener and didn't leave until I had downloaded the app, entered my code and could open and close the door. Very impressed with the service and the price was competitive.

I had an issue with my garage door this morning whereby it got impeded by the back of my car's tire. As a result a screw came loose and it stopped halfway down. I contacted the Door Master and they sent Benny for a service call within the hour. Not only did Benny perform the required maintenance in a professional manner, he refused to take any payment as he said that nothing really had to be fixed, only a very minor maintenance. To say I was impressed with his professionalism and overall integrity would be a massive understatement! Highly recommend this company (and Benny) to anyone with a future garage door issue!
