Our garage door spring broke on opening. Called first thing in the morning and we set up for repair that same day. The repair technician, Simon, called on time, gave me a quote on cost and repair timing and completed the repair to that quote. I would recommend them for sure.

I had a Chamberlain garage door opener installed by The Door Master. This company gets very top marks. I purchased the door opener at Lowe's and through a google search, found The Door Master. They were able to install the door the next day (a Sunday). As I had purchased the wrong size door opener, we booked another appointment for Tuesday evening. Again, the installer arrived on time (waited for me in fact as I was late). He was very knowledgable and skilled and after installing the opener, provided useful information on its use. The company provides a 5 year warranty on the installation. The price of installation is reasonable and the quality of the installation is excellent. Bravo!

I needed to get my garage door working again, as I would need my car to go to work the next day. Called the Door Master and arranged with the receptionist for an appointment later in the day. Adam called & let me know his arrival time, saw what the problem was, gave me a quote & fixed it within an hour. He was very pleasant & helpful. The door now opens better than before (always had a bit of a delay, now it opens immediately). I called The Door Master this morning as our garage door would not open. The Door Master technician, Olef was at our home by 11am. He repaired broken cables and a broken spring in one door and then lubricated both doors and cleaned the ice off the garage floors. This friendly, hard working repair person provided great service on this freezing cold morning. This is the second time we have used Door Master for 2 different problems and would not hesitate to call this reliable company again.

I got home from work late on a very cold Tueday night. The garbage pick up had been that day so I opened the garage door to put the bins away. The door would however not close and even when I managed to disconnect the door opener and drag it down it was crooked. I googled around and saw good reviews for The Door Master so I placed a call. They were able to have their guy out the next day. The service was top notch with the problem quickly diagnosed and fixed (cable issue). The technician was very informative throughout the process and then took the time to test my garage door several times adjusting the opener not to pull the door as far back to lessen the strain on the system to help provide better reliability going forward. The technician also answered some questions I had about doors in general as I am thinking of getting some insulated doors next year. From the woman who answered the phone to the friendly and efficient onsite technicians I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend The Door Master.

My garage door would sometimes open automatically, then sometimes not. I looked on-line for a local company, saw that The Door Master had good reviews so I called for a technician. Oleg came out on an extremely cold day in January and explained that my motor needed replacing or he could replace with a new one. He explained the three options with pricing for each. I asked if he had everything with him for a new opener, he did, so I was happy to have it fixed right then and not have to wait for another appointment. Before leaving, Oleg made sure I knew how to use the digital panel, how to connect to wi-fi etc. He made me aware of the messages that will show when there's a problem and the door won't open. I appreciated the time he spent explaining everything to me despite the freezing cold. Definitely would recommend their service.
