From initial call to job completion, it was prompt and pleasant experience. Simon arrived at scheduled service time and explains required services and cost in professional manner. Job was done flawlessly and within estimated duration. Simon also surveys all components of garage door and perform necessary adjustment without any further charges. My garage door is now operating without any vibration or noise. Simon also provided routine maintenance requirement and available products and services. Master Doors (Josh) came out to the house in a matter of 2 hours, replaced the big springs on both doors, and lubricated all components of the garage door assemblies. Great Work! 3 weeks later, I had a problem with the creaking of some metal components on the door, and Josh again came out and resolved my problem at short notice. Great Client service Josh!!! Josh came in to replace my spring. He was very friendly and professional. While replacing my spring he fixed a lot of other little problems that would have effected the integrity of my door overtime. I would highly recommend Josh and Door Master over anyone else because the last person who I hired messed my door up and used the incorrect spring. Overall, I am very happy with my service and they even offer a free 3 year warranty on their spring (including parts and labour).

In January 2017, two days before we were leaving on a long trip, the garage door cables snapped. Murphy's Law, right? We didn't have time to order a new door so the two men who came out (can't remember their names) suggested a used door, in good condition. OK with us! They came the next day and took out the old doors (two of them) and replaced with the used ones. They worked well until last week, when one of them broke down again. Called the company and the next day Simon came out, assessed the situation, fixed it, and it's working properly now. He explained what he was doing as I watched him work. Very friendly young man. The rate at which this company responds to your calls is amazing! We are 100% satisfied with "the door master" and recommend them to anyone looking for garage door help, to call this company. You won't be disappointed!

Of course, first thing on a Sunday Monday our garage door breaks - the cables snapped. We went online and found The Door Master - they arranged to have someone come out to our home within a few hours that same day!! When Josh arrived - what can I say he was so professional explained what the problem was and quoted us the price for the repair. The spring on one of my garage door openers was broken in half. I was refered by my neighbour to your company (whom was also very pleased with service). Josh contacted me within 5 minutes and within 45 minutesn, arrived. Josh provided excellent service, with great confidence, efficiency, and took the time to explain the workings of the door opener and materials of the spring replaced.
