    Garage Door Repair

    Steve is very skilled at fixing my damaged garage door. He knew exactly what needed to be done; he was precise, fast and has a great personality. The price was fair.

    Garage Door Broken - The Door Master to the rescue!

    Eric was here on time ready to fix my garage door. My husband and I have had to park our cars outside - not very safe - as we were unable to get our garage door to work. Eric fixed it quickly and even gave us a lesson on how to get it working again should it break or disengage. I would definitely recommend The Door Master for anything to do with garage doors.

    Garage Door Repair

    I would without any hesitation definitely call "The Door Master" again for any garage door issue. When called they came quickly (within the hour) to assess the damage, gave us a price on repair (reasonable) what parts they would be ordering & when work would be completed. Steve who was super polite & professional completed the repair in a timely manner & answered any further questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your garage needs. Truly satisfied customers!

    Replacement of Garage Door Opener

    I just would like to take the time to recommend The Door Master to anyone that needs servicing or the replacement of your garage door. I have had the pleasure to deal with Steve and he is extremely friendly and professional. He came out late at night to replace my garage door. He did the work very efficiently and left the work area clean. He has a lot of integrity as he does not try to upsell you on a new garage door if not required. I highly recommend The Door Masters, but more importantly Steve!

    Garage Repair

    Heard a snap sound in our garage and was concerned of ensuing damage. Noticed the tension cable had snapped and prevented me from opening the garage door. Called The Door Master. Tech was dispatched and arrived in an hour.Timely Great and friendly tech who explained what caused the issue and what/what not to do to avoid future recurrence. Thanks Jim. Much appreciated.

    Excellent Service and Quality Work

    My garage door spring broke late one evening. I called The Door Master on Good Friday and they immediately sent out a contractor. The Contractor was excellent - quickly diagnosed the issue and quoted me a fair price to fix the problem. I was really impressed with the timeliness of resolving the issue and the quality of work. Recently had them back in late August for an issue - fixed my problem at no cost! This company is really excellent. Truly great service. I would recommend and will use them again.

    Garge Door Repair

    Prompt service even though there was some mix up with first appointment re car problems and no phone notifications and a Seder Dinner. Clean and professional showing up on time the second day getting the repair done quickly.

    Deceiving Operations

    Contacted Same Day Garage Repair for broken spring on a double width door and was quoted $125-225 max. I was very detailed when explaining the problem and door description to the operator. Door Master shows up the next morning and charges me $300, a discounted price. If I balked at the price I would have been charged a fee for the visit according to the operator I spoke to the night before. Felt kind of trapped and knew I was on the hook for some money just for the visit so I told him to go ahead. Seems that these companies operate under a number of different names and phone numbers. Steve the installer was very friendly and finished the job quickly once he got the proper spring.

    Garage Door

    Called Monday morning that the garage door was only going up about a foot and a half then stopping. The repair man (Steve) called back advising he would be here between 1 & 2pm. In the meantime my husband slid under the door and pulled the red code to disengage the motor, he did this around 12:00pm. The garage door shut and I could not open it manually (which is what we expected to do once the red code was disengaged). So we were convinced he was locked in the garage for at least 1 to 2 hours. Then Steve (along with his apprentice) came to the rescue around 12:40 pm. and had the garage door open in no time. (first he checked with me that | did want my husband out the garage haha) Then he proceeded to explain that the spring was broken on the garage door. He explained the price of the springs (both were broken) and we advised him to go ahead with the repairs. Which were completed in no time. I would definitely recommend Door Master for any garage door repairs. Steve was friendly and professional. He explained everything and had the repairs completed in no time.

    Garage door

    my spring snapped and I couldn't even lift the door......Steve was at my house the next day and had my door working within an hour - it was such a relief! Thank you Steve
