    garage door spring was broken done by the door madter

    Steve who came to fix my garage door spring did a amazing job he fixed fast and was very polite he explained everything he was doing. I know who to ask for next time great job.

    Garage door repair, spring replacement

    I had my garage door repaired a few months, the technician was very professional, and work was completed on time after all options and information was provided. I had another small issue recently, and the company responded very promptly. Would highly recommend this company!

    Garage door repair

    Friendly service and went out of his way to make extra repairs that were needed that he found at no extra cost. He mentioned that he could leave the garage door without the extra repairs because he wanted to leave it 100% safe. When I asked how much extra it was for the additional repairs he said their would be no extra cost because he already had given me a quote, and it would stay the same cost as the original! Great service

    Garage door repair

    Polite, quick and did a great job. The company was very quick to respond. We called and they came to house the very next business day. The gentleman was very polite and explained clearly what the problem was. The door was fixed in no time and works a lot better than before.

    Garage door broken springs

    Steve did a good job . He replaced broken springs in very short time . Make sure the door is open and close properly . Good service I would recommend this company .

    Garage Door Repair (Cable)

    I requested for a quote for the company and after 30 minutes, I got a call from the technician. He provided me a quote which was a bit high for me ($150) for the replacement of cables. Since I did not get another quote, I decided to go for this technician. Requested for the lowering of his cost but justified that the cable is sturdy and made in Germany. The technician arrived in a few minutes. The job was complete in 10 minutes. But for a 10-minute job, the cost of labour is quite high.

    recalibrate garage door

    We were in a bind as our garage door opener was taken. We were advised immediately in how to break the signal to our controllers. We appreciated the advice, direction and support in correcting the problem. Thanks so much!

    Garage Door

    They were very courteous and fixed my garage door same day. Would recommend. Explained everything that had to be done thoroughly to me to make sure I knew everything that he would do and get my ok .

    New spring for garage door

    Simon was the gentleman that came to fix our garage spring that broke on super bowl night. First I was amazed that they came out to fix it within 20 minutes of me calling. Secondly Simon was very professional and quick at fixing it. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

    Garage door installation

    Excellent customer service and above that Yaniv knew what he was doing. Since I am based in Ancaster, ON, and Yaniv was busy I tried to call two different garage door guys and both of them said "sorry, there's nothing we can do about it, you will have to go with a 8' door (my opening is for 15' but the height is a bit tricky). Putting 8' door would've meant considerable decrease in the property value. Yaniv worked his magic, along with Eric, and ordered the 15' door had it cut 3" from each side, played with the tracks and made it work. And it comes with a 5 year warranty (which I am sure I wont have to use). I am so glad, I hired door masters. Money well spent.
