Over Charged for parts - charged $98 for pulleys and 158.00 for torsion spring. Unsuspectingly agreed without checking competitors prices (my fault) after job completed I checked with home depot and competitors charge $55 - $98 for Torsion Springs and $15 - $50 for pulleys (different qualities). I recommend using another provider. Buyer Beware!

Your installers were very friendly. But, they forgot to put on the garage door handle and also did not connect a steel bar bar to the garage door. I had another installer who installed the garage door opener finish the job for me. Thank you.

Spring on my garage door became disconnected when I closed the door and I was unable to open it -- the car was inside.Called on a Sunday, not really expecting anything but an answering service but was answered by the owner.He dispatched a technician who arrived within 40 minutes. He was unable to help because of the age and condition of the door but said he would contact another technician. I said to myself here we go....... Surprise, surprise, the second technician, Eric arrived within 1/2 an hour and was able to correct the problem which was a broken bolt holding the spring in position.I was very impressed with Eric and how he handled the problem. He even went to Home Depot to get the proper length bolt so that there would be the same tension as on the spring on the other side of the door. I recommend this company for any of your garage door problems and I would certainly call them again for any garage door problems.
