Second time I have used The Door Master for emergency garage door repair. Yaniv was quick to respond and quick to get the service done at a very competitive price. Greatly appreciate the efficiency and no fuss of the service calls.

Called about a broken garage door in the evening on a weekday. Garage door was fixed by 9:00pm. Excellent prompt service and he also fixed lights that were not working.

Technician was at my house within 60 minutes of my initial call on a Saturday. Did a quick assessment and determined the issue. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Returned Monday morning to install a new garage door opener. Called me at work to let me know the job was done. I wasn't home to pay the invoice which was no problem - the company called me that evening and took the payment information by phone. Smooth sailing....

I was told 12-2 but didn't show up until 3. Repair guy immediately told me my garage door opener is 10 years old. He did not connect door to opener, kept adjusting then he removed the box. Eventually tells me my door is not repairable. Wanted to be paid in cash to avoid taxes. I didn't like the prices so I went to Rona who sent tech who said nothing wrong with my opener and it just needed adjustment. I called garage door opener company to ask for money back for inspection fee as I got terrible advice. I didn't get a call back.

Service was good and professional, could be a bit more punctual. I made an appointment for 12:00pm ~ 2:00pm, but they didn't show up until 5:30pm. And I receive no response or update along the way despite calling them 3 times.

Called in the morning to repair my garage door and by early afternoon, received professional, friendly, on time, and reasonably priced service. The technician went above and beyond with advice on how to care for my aging door and making sure the rest of the parts/screws were working well. My neighbor was so impressed, he asked the technician to check his door as well! I recommend The Door Master without hesitation.

Best work ever! They are the most experienced door repair company in Toronto as far as I am concerned.
