    Duct Cleaning

    Our service technician Greg was excellent. He was on time and very knowledgeable, curious and friendly. He was very professional and took time to explain what we needed and the dangers of what we were doing. It is clear he loves what he does. He truly an asset to the company. We gave a 10 out of 10 because of Greg.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Very pleased with results and the cost. As usual. . We have received honest advice that has saved money. We have used the service in the past and will continue in the future

    Residential Carpet Cleaning

    Steam Dry did an amazing job at my house! Truly in awe of the quality received for the price paid. Specifically the gentleman completing the service, Oscar Linares. Oscar was quick, attentive, committed and had great customer service and attitude. Would definitely recommend!!

    Carpet clean

    Couch cleaning

    Chris was very punctual and very professional. He did a great job on my furniture and took the extra time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend his services

    Apohlstery clean

    Chris was in my home on time. He did a great job and I am well impressed with the quality of the work provided. He took his time on and was able to remove a very troubled stain. Very happy and would recomend to any body. Thank you home depot.

    Duct Cleaning - Poor service and made a mess of my house

    Warning - not qualified to clean ducts or furnace. Did not seal any vents while cleaning. When they blew compressed air into each vent, it blew back into my house. Had to hire another company to do it properly. Told Steam Dry I was not paying for this poor service and I was sent to collections. Home Depot has not been any help either. I have pictures to prove and receipt from a second furnace company

    Today We had the ducts cleaned like never before. Mathew and Austin , 2 very pleasant and super nice guys did the job with professionalism I would really recommend this company and these guys. Next time I would call them for carpet cleaning in our house !

    carpet and couch steamed clean

    The technician Chris called before he came and sounded friendly on the phone. He was on time and took the time with me and explain what would be best for my couch and carpet. He was efficient and steady in what he did and finish just under a hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was surprise with the results my couch and carpet are 20 years old and now they look fresh and new.

    Furnance an Duct Cleaning

    Had furnace and ducts cleaned but after the work the furnace would not come on again. A second individual was called in and he tried as well but in the process also played with some of the wires and apparently blew 2 transformers. Several hours later sill no furnace and they said there was nothing else they could do and that we should call a furnace company. We are by now into a Friday night so we’re now looking at paying weekend rates for the service call. When the gentleman arrived he worked on things for a while but eventually said that he could not figure out what the other firm had done with the wiring but he felt that it was the main board that was gone. To get the parts and do the job with weekend rates would cost way more than it was worth putting into our furnace because of its age so he recommended we get a quote for a new furnace and made the arrangements with his company. By now it was 10:00 at night but they still came and brought some heaters to tide us over and gave us a quote and the work is being done as we speak. We contacted the cleaning firm on Monday to explain what had happened and asked what we could do and they basically said that it was our problem. Now remember, we had a working furnace before they came, so to me they have to take some responsibility. We have now been told that someone higherup the ladder is to call us but at this point we have heard nothing. So needless to say we would not recommend this company as a result of our very unsatisfactory situation.
